Pros:

Spa, com interdição a crianças a partir de determinada hora.
Espaço exterior / piscina exterior muito calmo e excelente para aproveitar as horas de sol.
O restaurante "Biclaque" com atendimento de excelência, juntando a criatividade e o paladar em cada prato confecionado.

Boas comodidades, Staff muitíssimo prestável e simpático.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço sofrível

Limpeza dos quartos só é feita quando solicitada expressamente; quando o fazemos, só limpam pelas 16-17h, o que prejudica a dinâmica do dia.

Piscina interior pequeníssima.

De kamer was zo fijn, meer hadden we niet nodig voor een aantal relaxte dagen.
Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch. Heerlijk groot met 2 slaapkamers zodat de kinderen een eigen kamer hadden, fijne woonkamer met open haard, spelletjes, een spelcomputer. Het zwembad was heerlijk warm en fijn met de kinderen. Onze incheck werd gedaan door een hele aardige meneer. De technische man die ons kwam helpen met het spelcomputer probleem was heel erg aardig. Het is een prachtige omgeving.

Cons:

Het eten uit de bar was niet top. En buiten de meneer aan de receptie en de techneut die ons kwam was de rest van de staff een stuk norser.

Quartos excelentes, localização excelente no intuito de usufruir do parque aventura, e o restaurante fantastico

Cons:

Nao gostei da falta de controlo de acessos ao spa, por vezes ficava excessivamente cheio, falta de um relogio a funcionar dentro do spa e tambem bastantes aparelhos a necessitar de intervenção, visto nao estarem a funcionar

Pros:

Foi a primeira vez que visitamos o hotel e mesmo a expectativa estando alta, superou ainda mais! Tudo estava à nossa agrado, desde a recepção ao quarto, do restaurante, do spa, até mesmo do ginásio e do bilar. Estivemos sempre à vontade, pessoas muito simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar.
