Disappointing
Cons:

Pool was green on arrival, but was cleaned soon after. There was construction in the room above at 11pm. Internet was not responding. One night the restaurant next door had loud music till late.

Super noisy and bad amenities
Pros:

I had a very bad stay, hotel is undergoing big renovation, bug saw noise everywhere till 8PM and loud music till 22.30. Swimming pool is so small can nearly not swim. I think the hotel located next to sawmill and they work till 9PM. I would have requested full reimbursement if i was in my country. Do not book this hotel if you are not deaf.
I travel a lot and i never saw an hotel so bad, price is way to high for what it is.

It's one of the best location in Alam Sutera area. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Could be better if there's a small fridge in the room and the WiFi connection is quite unstable...
