The location

We stayed in a suite, but there were a series of malfunctions in the bathroom, TV, door locks and other facilities. The room was changed but still the improvement of the poor facilities was not satisfactory. The staff were good.

何よりハノイ駅前のロケーションが良いです
涼しい時期ならお散歩館感覚で
いくつかの観光名所に行けます

値段を考えると平均以上。朝食がちょと。

The hotel is adequate for the price. The small room felt tired and worn, but was clean and functional. The room was very hot upon entering, because the electric does not work without the room key inserted. The air conditioning controls were tricky, but cool once operating. During the peak morning shower use, the hot and cold water was were erratic. There are adequate electrical outlets for charging telephones. The WiFi worked fine. Breakfast begins early. The buffet was large and varied, but flavor was average. During our stay the other guests were particularly aggressive at the breakfast bar.

The rooms are too small, dull, badly aerated, the view is horrible , the window is very small, good reception stuff, poor breakfast, clean, no facilities, near by there is a very good restaurant with delicious vietnam local food ,

TK123 Hanoi Hotel is tucked away in a narrow street in the heart of the city, which might be a bit tricky to find at first. The rooms are clean but dated, with older decor that might not appeal to everyone. There’s only one lift, which can be a bit of a wait during busy hours.

On the plus side, the staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast is included but quite limited in variety, so don’t expect a large buffet spread.

The hotel’s location is fairly central — just a 10 to 15-minute walk to Hanoi’s popular Old Quarter and the famous Train Street. It’s a decent option if you’re on a budget and don’t mind the quirks, but it might not suit travelers looking for more comfort or modern amenities.

Unfortunately, my stay at TK123 Hanoi Hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms felt tired and worn, with no soundproofing, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The TV didn’t work at all, and the in-room safe was broken, and replaced, but the second one was also broken, which raised concerns about security. Breakfast was very limited, with few options and poor variety—not what you'd expect from a hotel trying to position itself above budget level.

In reality, this felt more like a basic budget hotel rather than something of higher quality.

On the positive side, the road was relatively quiet, and there were a few cafes nearby where you could grab a bite, as you would be hungry after breakfast!

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless your expectations are very low and you're just looking for a place to crash. There are better options in Hanoi at similar price points.

広々としたお部屋でとても清潔でした。
テレビが映らないと紙にメモしておいたら、すぐに付くようになっていました。
朝食が美味しくて、毎日果物が豊富にありました。旅行中は果物を食べないので助かりました。
牛すじ煮込みが美味しすぎて何回もおかわりしちゃったくらい（笑）
フォーや卵焼きはライブキッチンで温かいものを提供してくれます。

朝ごはん込みで、お部屋も広く、観光地へのアクセスも良いのにこのお値段。文句無しです。外の音もうるさくなかったです。

This is a clean hotel with spacious rooms.
After checking out, we stayed in another area for one night, but it was difficult to take our carry-on case with me, so we asked if staffs could keep our carry-on case for a day, and they kindly agreed. Thank you very much for your help.
