Отличный современный отель, пожалуй лучший в Бишкеке, в самом центре. Очень приятное обслуживание, все стараются. Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак с шампанским - есть и привычные блюда и целая стойка с национальными - всегда интересно попробовать что-то локальное. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, постельное белье отличное. В общем, обязательно вернемся еще, если будет такая возможность.
Посетили бассейн в отеле - хороший, большой, но вода видимо сильно сдобрена химреагентами для дезинфекции, что безусловно важно. Отреагировала кожа (чесалась) и купальник (пошел пятнами). Возможно стоит как то пересмотреть вопрос обеззараживания воды.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, everything kept at top notch as usual.
Maybe a bit more facilities would’ve been nicer. A bar with smoking allowed, in room dining is kind of slow, took about an hour to get ice cream and a cheese cake.

I visited the spa twice, and both experiences were outstanding. I don’t know the name of the massage therapist, but her professionalism, technique, and attention to detail were exceptional. Each session exceeded my expectations and left me feeling deeply relaxed and renewed. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Отвоатительные подушки.Пишу об этом постоянно.Очень дубовые и шея затекает.Предлагаю руководству строчно изменить с этим вопросом эту проблему.Просто попробуйте подушке в хороших сетях как джумерйра,Ритц,шератон,марриот,хилтон.Кто вообще мог такое придумать.Мы постоянные клиенты,но просто надо вопрос решать.Ужасные подушки.10 баллов поставила за всё остальное.Не благодарите.
Without compromise, this hotel deserves a full 10/10. Orion is a rare gem in Bishkek with elegant design, outstanding service and beautiful high-quality furniture that gives the entire property a luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection and excellent quality. A special touch was the Aqua di Parma bathroom amenities, which felt premium and memorable. The hotel feels calm, refined and exceptionally well maintained. Definitely one of the best hotels in the region.
My only personal preference is that I do not really like bathrooms with bathtubs and would prefer a walk-in shower instead. Other than that, everything was excellent.
