great location, comfortable clean room
Это отель высшей категории. В нём было прекрасно все, от персонала, номеров, до посуды и сервировки на завтрак. Отличный спа, очень вкусный завтрак, аромат в отеле, косметика в ванной, мебель потрясающая в номере. Персонал, который очень услужливый
завтраки очень классные. однозначно стоят своих денег. Номер большой и комфортный. Удобно добираться в любую точку, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов
ночью почему то шумел водопровод
The interiors were pretty vintage and good. The location is prime so every walkable distance to coffee shops, shopping centres. The rooms were clean and spacious
I landed at 5 am in the morning, I had to do a lot of request to the staffs to give me an early check in . I got it by 11 am .
Breakfast wasn’t too much of a variety being it a 5 star hotel .

The air conditioner did not cool and the hot water took a while to arrive in one room and the jacuzzi did not work in one room.
Spa was great. Breakfast was amazing. Room service food was top notch. The bath amenities from Acqua di Parma were high class. I loved the bathroom, having a luxurious bathtub is a must. Room was big and the bed really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Sound of the aircon which was really loud and couldn´t be switched off. Opening the balcony door was such a hassle, I had to call the technician to do it, twice!
