Отличное расположение отеля, самый центр, очень хорошие завтраки, большой выбор. Вежливый персона. Ужин в ресторане был очень хороший с хорошим вином. Спасибо))

Для Бишкека - отличный отель, чисто, ново, удобно, отличные кровати , нормальные завтраки. Если оставить в стороне вопроса эстетики восточного шика, без оглядки могу рекомендовать

My stay at the Orion Hotel Bishkek was excellent. The room gave me the feeling of being in the famous The Grand Budapest Hotel—elegant, charming, and full of character.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the spa was quiet, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect place to relax.
Most importantly, the service was outstanding. I encountered a major issue in my room and reported it to the front desk manager, Ms. Nestan. With a warm smile and what seemed like a magic wand, she transformed a frustrated customer into a happy one. That is true hospitality.
Bravo to Orion Hotel Bishkek and to the spirit of service that its team represents. I will remember this stay fondly.

Отличный современный отель, пожалуй лучший в Бишкеке, в самом центре. Очень приятное обслуживание, все стараются. Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак с шампанским - есть и привычные блюда и целая стойка с национальными - всегда интересно попробовать что-то локальное. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, постельное белье отличное. В общем, обязательно вернемся еще, если будет такая возможность.

Cons:

Посетили бассейн в отеле - хороший, большой, но вода видимо сильно сдобрена химреагентами для дезинфекции, что безусловно важно. Отреагировала кожа (чесалась) и купальник (пошел пятнами). Возможно стоит как то пересмотреть вопрос обеззараживания воды.

Outstanding as usual, just a tiny bit of additions would make it a perfect stay.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, everything kept at top notch as usual.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more facilities would’ve been nicer. A bar with smoking allowed, in room dining is kind of slow, took about an hour to get ice cream and a cheese cake.

Celebrating Me, Quietly and Fully A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Orion !
Pros:

I visited the spa twice, and both experiences were outstanding. I don’t know the name of the massage therapist, but her professionalism, technique, and attention to detail were exceptional. Each session exceeded my expectations and left me feeling deeply relaxed and renewed. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Cons:

In my opinion, nothing. Fin the moment of arrival, the doorman with his smile and attentiveness gives you a pleasant welcome!
