Die Zimmer haben nach Rauch gestunken. Sonst war alles ok.

Biz 4 kişi 2 oda şeklinde ailemle tek gece konakladık. Gayet memnun kaldım, hani adı olmamasına rağmen ibis novotel tarzı gayet kaliteli bi otel. Sadece banyo temziliğinden çok memnun kalmadım, ona dikkat edilebilir. Resepsiyon mükemmeldi, eksik havlumuz vardı hemen getirdiler, çok güzel karşıladılar. Kahvaltıda ayrıca mükemmeldi, güzel düşünülmüş. Rahat edersiniz.

Otele girdik benim internet üzerinden sectim o da değil bizim gösterdiğimiz tepkiden sonra yine bizim sectigimiz oda değil ama balayı odasını bize tahsis ettiler

Und zentral gelegen
Die Mitarbeiterin Buse war sehr freundlich und hatte stets ein Lächeln im gesicht.

The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance.
The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

The food in the restaurant was not good, the room was so warm because of central heating system, they refused to turn the A/C in my room until I threaten to leave , the carpet in the room is filthy,house keeper kept knocking on the door early in the morning even though i requested Do Not Disturb,

I didn’t like the fact that such a big and nice hotel has a mini bar/fridge inside the room that gets disconnected from power every time I leave the room. All the content of that mini bar was hot by the time I enter my room !!! I had to ask the front desk to put some of the refrigerated items that I bought at the hotel’s kitchen fridge which was very awkward !!! Not to mention that you have to pay for the contents of that mini bar as well on top of its room temperature.

I didn’t expect that a big hotel like this One doesn’t have ICE for drinking.

The elevators were very slow on One occasion and there were a gathering of people at the lobby for about 10 minutes just to wait for an elevator.

These 3 mentioned points above will definitely make me reconsider booking again at this hotel in the future which I will Not for sure.

Die Einrichtung ist eher alt und war nicht angemessen sauber. Das Hotel liegt relativ nah zum Zentrum. Leider ist der Ausblick nicht so schön (Baustelle).

Fiyat performans olarak iyi. Odalar temiz , personel yardimci ve güler yüzlü. Fakat sabahlari otelden cikarken oda numarasi sorulmasi ile ilk defa karsilastim, oda ucreti zaten odenmis bir konaklama icin supheci davranilmasi ve sorulmasi biraz tuhaf.

Temiz otel düzgün hizmet , tavsiye ederim.

Rien à dire, accueil chaleureux, grand parking disponible, chambres conforables, très bon petit déjeuner

Super hotel, fantastic buffet breakfast and large room.
A little far from old city to walk, 30mins. A visit to mosiac museum is a must.
