Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre très confortable, très proche de la plage
Le petit déjeuner est varié mais moyen à mon goût, beaucoup de monde et assez bruyant, il y a la queue à la machine à café

Petit déjeuner : dysfonctionnement de machine à café tous les matins et pas de café en poudre pour remplacer alors que c'est si simple.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor organizado. O espaço não parece comportar o número de hóspedes, tornando o ambiente barulhento e um pouco desorganizado.
As máquinas de café estavam frequentemente indisponíveis.
O buffet é simples e não condiz com o valor cobrado.
Um dos botões do elevador permaneceu quebrado durante toda a estadia, sem reparo.
Também senti falta de uma ducha para limpeza dos pés após a praia, o que faz diferença considerando a localização do hotel.

Nous y sommes restés trois nuits. L'emplacement à deux pas d'Ipanema. La chambre avec vue sur le jardin, le rooftop avec piscine. Le personnel de l'accueil très serviable et souriant. L'entrée de nuit sécuriésée.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable du tout, salle trop bruyante : deux machines à café (en panne) pour un hôtel si grand. Les tables n'étaient pas refaites rapidement, il fallait courir après les tasses, et couverts. Le buffet n'était pas ravitaillé rapidement. Pas d'eau fraîche filtrée offerte dans le hall d'entrée : ce serait bien de le proposer. Pas de café ou thé avec bouilloire dans la chambre. Sèche cheveux pas assez puissant.

location excellent, Ipanema beach 5mins walking distance. Extensive breakfast selection, especially the pastries were wonderful. Even though not super cheap for Rio, it was worth it.
