L'emplacement est top. Le personnel accueillant. L'hôtel très propre.
La température glaciale du lounge et du restaurant. Quelques problèmes d'évacuation dans les WC, mais le personnel est toujours intervenu très rapidement.
Le rooftop est un plus qui pourrait être plus soigné. La mini piscine ne donne pas envie. Il n'est pas mis en valeur, c'est dommage.

Destaque ao atendimento da recepção realizado pelas atendentes: Sara (as duas com o mesmo nome) e Cristiane. O atendimento inicial e receptividade delas fazem diferença total no começo da viagem.

The staff was very nice, especially the housekeeping and front desk staff.

They charged US$4 to send me a cup of hot water I needed to take medicine. Most hotels would have offered this as a courtesy. It was charged as tea, I only got hot water.
One of the elevators was sporadically out of service, creating congestion for the one left
The gym only opens at 9am, perhaps this is an easy fix, as many people may want to work out before going on their tours.

Ubicación.
Habitación deluxe era muy pequeña. Mala la cama , piscina pequeña. Un día llegué 3 minutos tarde al desayuno y no me dejaron entrar. Ósea un hotel normal.
El personal muy atento y eficiente. Las instalaciones muy cómodas. Rico y variado desayuno
El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Ipanema. Tan solo bajando del hotel y caminando media cuadra hay acceso a la playa. En esa zona de la playa hay polícias y seguridad hasta tarde en la noche. Cerca del hotel hay muchísimos restaurantes para comer.
La terraza del hotel, si bien tiene una pileta pequeña, es súper linda. Tiene una vista al mar muy buena y el bar tiene ricos tragos y opciones para comer ahí mismo.
Los servicios del hotel son súper completos. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme aquí!
La cama era poco cómoda. De un lado del colchón estaba mucho más hundido que del otro, lo que por peso hacía que termines durmiendo en el medio en un hueco.
El servicio de limpieza a la habitación estaba bien, pero cuando llegamos había arena en el piso. En cuanto a la limpieza podría mejorarse.

Beaucoup d’équipements défectueux dans notre 1ère chambre (climatisation, toilettes, eau chaude), nous avons dû changer pour une autre dont la douche fonctionnait à moitié

La ubicación es excelente.
El personal muy profesional y muy amable.
El rooftop con la piscina y una maravillosa vista al mar.
Los ascensores durante nuestra estadía no funcionaban bien (de hecho uno de los dos ascensores no funcionaba).
La habitación si bien era muy amplia, no tenía suficiente espacio para guardar y colgar la ropa).
Por ser un hotel 4 estrellas, deberían ofrecer por ejemplo jugos naturales y exprimidos y no jugos envasados.
The swimming pool area was beautiful, but we were unable to use the umbrellas. The wind was too strong for them. Surely there are other options to provide shade to guests without compromising safety.
Location.
There wasn’t actually a view and the rooftop pool is much smaller than it looks and always too crowded to go to. We were unable to use the bar up top.
