Kindly note that the credit card holder must be a guest and will be required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to book upon check-in.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age can only stay with the presence of a personal representative and must present identification. In case the minor's not accompanied by either of the parents, a notarized written consent letter from both is required.

Please note that only 1 dog or cat under 8 kilos is accepted per room with an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Guests are required to sign a responsibility agreement and present the pet's vaccination card on arrival. Please, double check with the hotel for rules and restrictions.

The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding tickets for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Awesome location. Comfortable hotel. We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Fabulous location. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Great service on rooftop.

Cons:

Could hear guests in next room talking in early morning. Also would have been good for tea/coffee facilities in room, particularly noting price point for hotel

リゾート気分は体感できるホテル
Pros:

ビーチまで近い、飲食するところやスーパーも近い、目の前が公園で落ち着く。屋上のプールは開放感があり景色もいい。

Cons:

朝食にサラダが無、部屋の冷蔵庫にコーラと水は有料で料金表が部屋に無（チェックイン時に説明無）、部屋の掃除がとにかく雑、グラスは一度も変えてもらえない、ベットの下に埃がある、タオルが毎日不足、部屋に歯ブラシ、ティッシュ、スリッパが無、朝のシャワーはお湯が出るが夜は結構冷たいので辛い。

This was a great stay for our first time in Rio
Pros:

Proximity to Copacabana and Ipanema was phenomenal. Both walking distance! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach towels were a nice perk. Breakfast has many options and room to accommodate.

Cons:

The hot water runs out! The property was doing construction by the pool so it was hard to relax.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Rooms were clean and modern and rooftop was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Room not big enough with crammed seats so very busy at peak times with items unavailable (juice glasses, butter, cups, eggs) for a while until replenished.
