Kindly note that the credit card holder must be a guest and will be required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to book upon check-in.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age can only stay with the presence of a personal representative and must present identification. In case the minor's not accompanied by either of the parents, a notarized written consent letter from both is required.

Please note that only 1 dog or cat under 8 kilos is accepted per room with an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Guests are required to sign a responsibility agreement and present the pet's vaccination card on arrival. Please, double check with the hotel for rules and restrictions.

Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:

The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding tickets for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice stay, but better value elsewhere
Pros:

Great location betweeen Copacabana and ipanema. Nice rooftop, gym is small but useful. Breakfast was pretty good.

Posizione perfetta. Bella l'area piscina anche se non ci hanno permesso di portare cibo da fuori. Colazione buona. Gentili a ritirare un pacco per mio conto.

Cons:

Peccato non ci sia parcheggio auto e mancanza di spazi comuni dove poter mangiare cibo comprato all'estero.

A localização é muito boa, pois a um quateirão da praia e perto de várias atrações.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável, mas sem muitas opções. Acabavam certos alimentos e não havia para repor. Camas muito moles, mas razoáveis. Baixo custo benefício

Hotel muito bem localizado, numa zona segura, bem decorado e cheiroso.
Pros:

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, mesmo em frente ao Arpoador, no fim de Ipanema. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom e variado. Só faltava melhor pão, mas no Brasil é o normal. Também é seguro, tem sempre um carro da policia a 5 metros da entrada.

Cons:

Os rececionistas eram prestáveis, mas não muito simpáticos.
