According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age can only stay with the presence of a personal representative and must present identification. In case the minor's not accompanied by either of the parents, a notarized written consent letter from both is required.
Please note that only 1 dog or cat under 8 kilos is accepted per room with an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Guests are required to sign a responsibility agreement and present the pet's vaccination card on arrival. Please, double check with the hotel for rules and restrictions.

Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:
The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding tickets for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Algo pequeña la habitación. Se sienten mucho los ruidos de otras habitaciones.

O Quarto é bom
Localização, não tem como parar o carro e descarregar sua bagagem. Dependendo do horário que você chega exemplo: após as 14:00 arrastão muita gente na rua fazendo tumulto e roubando.

Excelente ubicación. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia las playas de Ipanema/Leblon y Copacabana. Está a sólo una cuadra de la playa por lo que la ubicación es realmente buena! Es un sector que se siente muy seguro, con mucha policía.
Piscina mas pequeña que lo se ve aprecia en las fotos, aunque si con bonita vista (de todas formas no la usé porque la playa es al lado y muy agradable!).
Los días que estuvimos al parecer estaban haciendo arreglos, por lo que a partir de las 9 am se sentía ruidos.

VERY EXPENSIVE. There was a smell in our room of urine/damp which is not acceptable especially for the price we paid. The pool is tiny. The breakfast was ok but expected better for the price we paid.

Matériaux de mauvaises qualité (Lino au sol, meubles en plastic etc.)
Piscine de la taille d’un rince pieds!
Salle de restauration bien trop petite pour la taille de l’hôtel d’où attente , bruit etc.
Bref très cher pour ce niveau de qualité
