Tangerine Apart Hotel Batumi

Egor Kostrov stole my credit card information to make and pay for this reservation. What kind of idiot gives his own name when committing fraud?

Stayed at the Tangerine for 4 nights. The front desk staff were pleasant and helped with all the details that were needed. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was limited but incredibly good (we did try all the options they offered over the 4 nights after all). The room was on the 20th+ floor and the balcony had an amazing view of the sea. We thought we would stay for a while until we found a better hotel, but the hotel wowed us, and even later gave us a discount for extending our layover.

This is the first time I've encountered such rudeness in a hotel! My 70 year old aunt and daughter came to this hotel. Upon check-in, it turned out that through the fault of the tour operator, a room of a different category was booked. My family was confused and outraged. And instead of calming them down and finding some kind of compromise, the administrator Eduard began to shout at them that they could get out of the hotel and look for another place to stay!
They called me in tears, I immediately wrote on the hotel's Facebook page, but there they answered me just as rude and arrogant. My interlocutor even refused to introduce himself.
I do not recommend the hotel!

Great hotel friendly staff very clean. Excellent food in the cafe. 5 minutes away from the beach and boulevard. Very enjoyable stay. Close to the center walking distance. Comfortable beds and wide rooms.highly recommended for families and friends

Bad location and poor services

Food in the cafe was over priced and not very good. The electricity went out so we couldn’t shower or get ready and then they still wanted us out of the place. Staff was not very nice to my travel companions

They will find something defected to take extra money from you.

First bad impression i got upon check in is the rudeness and aggressivity of their front office, followed by the high tone of their manager whom did not even want to listen to my remarks, therefore, I had to leave and checked in at another property.
I do not recommend this property at all ! Other properties with better staff, location and rate are available nearby.

4 kişilik 4 yatak olmasını talep ettiğim rezervasyonumda bana iki kişilik oda verip bir çekyat ve dahil edilebilir yatak verdiler. Küçücük odada 4 kişi kalmak zorunda kaldık. Çıkış yaparken odada kendi konumlandırmalarından kaynaklı bardak kırıldı diye biz check-out yaptıktan çok sonra aracımızı beklerken sırf oradayız diye tekrar ücret talep ettiler. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.

This hotel has a great central location (near beach, main boulevard, water park, restaurants). The rooms are clean and are perfect for a home base to explore Batumi. Most of the staff are articulate in English, but keep in mind most of the tourists speak Russian so English is not as common. Great restaurant downstairs and the grocery (crowded non-stop) is right around the corner.

Отель Tangerine очень понравился, оправдывает свою 4-ку. Реальное состояние мебели соответствует фото. Вид из окон - на море. Уборка и смена белья ежедневная. Завтраки вкусные, день ото дня меняются. От центра Батуми 40 мин прогулочным шагом по набережной. Что хорошо в отношении чистоты моря (порт расположен близко к центру города).
Пляж рядом с отелем не очень - крупная, ранящая галька. Впрочем, во всем Батуми пляж такой же.Так что это не минус отеля.
В целом, отель понравился. Могу рекомендовать.

Очень приятный отель. Рядом с пляжем. Номера располагаются на 21-22 этажах здания. Отличные виды из окна. Завтрак прекрасный. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готовый помочь. Номера отличные

I'm in love with this place, in fact so far this is my second stay at the same hotel.
Veey nice and friendly staff, very clean and spacious suites, nicely decorated with amazing sea view.
The breakfast needs improvement however.
Other than that amazing place to stay.

Near new apartment, great amenities with Black Sea view. Very reasonably priced, front desk staff speak very good English. Parking available in the front. Close to city center (1km, ~$10GEL to get a taxi to and from city center). Highly recommend to all!

It's a nice hotel stretched on top floors of the apartment complex. Rooms are clean and well decorated with a beautiful view. We stayed in this hotel for about two weeks and were pleased with a level of service provided. The staff is friendly with decent knowledge of English (just ask them any question and they will more than happy to assist you). There is a restaurant with delicious food served throughout the day. Also, a grocery store located right on the corner of the building (in case you would like to buy something else for yourself). Thank you Guys for making it such pleasant memories. We hope to stay here again on our next trip. Special thanks to janitorial crew, guards (Anzor, Samvel, Nugzar), front desk representatives (Alex, Eldar, Amiran) and incredible cute manager Victoria.

Great and cozy place, close to the beach, clean rooms and quite new furnitures(pictures truely lookalike the rooms), most of days good breakfast with several options. About 15min drive to the town centre. There is a super market very close where you can buy most of the things you may need. Also cafe's and restaurants around. Friendly staff, especially the reception staff who can understand and speak English well enough. WiFi connection steady but slow. TV channels variety not really great though. Hotel only accepts Lari not Dollors or Pounds.

Pleasant

Perfect view, perfect stay, location close to the beach. The staff ordered taxi on request and provided with launch-box, as we were checking-out very early. Breakfasts are very good.
