I liked the staff

Cons:

The property has lost its sheen and it has not kept the same cleanliness and comfort for a hotel where I pay it for a 4 star hotel. Even the breakfast is not up to the mark. It should improve a lot compared to its 3-4 years back srandard

Look elsewhere, not at all value for your money.
Pros:

Breakfast.

Cons:

The overall look of the rooms. Nowhere close to luxury. Seemed aging and dirty. Showers were so weak in flow I hardly felt I had a bath.

Loved my stay.
Pros:

A big Thank you to Lohith, Janani and Akshay at reception, for awesome service. Always kind and a smile on your face. Loved my stay at this hotel.

Also Thank you to Sahana who served us at breakfast. She was always super kind and had a smile on her face all the time. Amazing service Sahana.

I cannot remember the name of the staff who served us Dosa for breakfast. He was so generous, serving us Dosa with a smile. Great service from him too. Please thank him on my parents and my behalf.

Cons:

The shower area - the water would not drain quickly. It was uncomfortable while taking a shower and had to wait for the water to drain before switching on the shower again. Only one Toilet roll was placed in the restroom.

Experiencing tradition in modernity.
Pros:

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and after the first time, my family wishes to stay here every time we visit Udupi. We love the ambiance, the Satvik breakfast spread, cordiality of the staff.

Excellent stay at Samanvay
Pros:

Excellent vegetarian fresh breakfast. Lovely spread. Also, spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms. Very centrally located and close to everything. Peaceful too. The staff are very warm and smiling.
