Pros:

The staff are very courteous, rooms were spic and span so were the linens and towels too.

Cons:

The Air con could have a remote with easier operation. It was very difficult to set the temperature.
Also the shower gel fragrance wasn't very appealing

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Thamrin Jakarta and had a pleasant experience. The location is very strategic, close to shopping malls and business areas. Room was clean, comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best to stay at that hotel cause its in the centre
Pros:

I like the room, nowadays they renovated the 13th floor, and I stayed on that floor. The room looks so cozy and clean, the room service in terms of food is great and reasonable price plus is 24 hours.

Cons:

Only one exception, on Saturday night, the noise from the motorcycle exhaust and road raging was unbearable, i couldnt sleep until 4.00 am in the morning WIB. apart from that is splendid

スタッさんの笑顔がいい！
Pros:

スタッフがすばらしかったです。特に朝食会場のスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、常に目配りをしてくださり、とても良い印象です。

Cons:

建物の構造なので、改善できるものではありませんが、廊下や隣室の音が聞こえるのが残念でした。また、MRTから近く、Thamrin通りに面した便利さと引き換えに、夜間の迷惑バイクの走行音が気になるときがありました。
