Amazing fantastic stay! We got room overlookin the hill and pool fantatsic view!, room is super clean and well maintained. Got jacuzZi and outdoor pool. Great value! Would stay here again!!!

Pelayanan dan keamanan di clove garden resort buruk! Cctv di area parkir terpasang tapi tidak berfungsi! Security dan pihak clove tidak menanggung kehilangan dan kerusakan kendaraan yg terjadi di area parkir clove. Security sedikit dan tidak bekerja dengan baik! Dan tidak ada tindak lanjut dari pihak manajemen, hanya sebuah permintaan maaf yg saya dapat!!

Room was very small. Different than pictured. There was no towel in the room. When asked for tower they don’t have it and they said have to wait until 7 pm evening. Terrible experience and location. Won’t recommend to anyone

Hardly to find the location, deluxe room but seems like superior/standard considering the size of the room that is too small, the wall in the room is very dirty, tv is not installed correctly and tv signal is very bad and when asking reception staff to order technician to fixed it, theres no update afterward. The reception staff also didn't knew where the lobby level is when we meet him at the lift. When we have breakfast, bartender at the restaurant always trying the taste of the juice using the same spoon then mixed it again into those drink.

View hotelnya cukup bagus namun sayangnya posisi kamar yang saya dpt tdk menghadap ke view pegunungan dan kolam renang
