Pros:

The hotel is located close to the National Park. There is a full grocery store a couple minutes walk. And multiple restaurants within walking distance.

The negatives: The A/C in the room didn't work very well. And because the key was required for the power to activate, the room was always terribly hot when you returned at the end of the day. And the A/C would struggle to make it comfortable even after hours. The power situation also limited the usefulness of the refrigerator. Because the fridge would turn off when you left the room, you couldn't leave perishable items in the fridge during the day while you went out. They need better A/C units if they are going to limit the power.

My back hurts from the bed on night 2
Pros:

The property was good for the price total $14 a day. The bed was ok yhe first night but really hurt my back the other 2 nights we stayed. The location was pretty good and the staff were good

Pros:

In general the hotel is ok considering what you pay for. Is close to both downtown and temple area.
Breakfast to small, they only give you two options to choose and you have to ask for coffe or tea because they wont offer you.
Staff nice
They dont have a pool while others do. Is very necesary when you come back from angkor due to is tooo hot.
Room small for four people but clean and air con works well.
Worth it for the money
