Onsen on site was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was like no other we had ever been to. Facilities and staff were fantastic.
Locatie is top, dicht bij dontonburi en namba. Metro om de hoek. Personeel was goed. De onsen was perfect, binnen en buiten incl sauna en koud bad. heerlijk!

The Onsen hot baths became a highlight. They were so much enjoyed after a long day walking and eating. The free ramen late at night. Location was great. Rooms quiet.
The rooms were very small. Ventilation not the best but aircon was good.
We enjoyed the onsen greatly. The breakfast was worth the additional money. The location is central. The room size is good for Japan. The free ice creams and probiotic drinks were great. The free evening udon was also good - although at 9.30pm therefore a little late for the average customer.
We did not pay for room service as we did not need or want our room to be cleaned daily, however as a result this meant that not even the bins were emptied or new towels provided. Consequently, we had to frequently ask staff for more towels - essential in a hotel based on its onsen facilities

Delicious breakfast, night soba. Nice room, kept clean, new towels, etc. Gentle and helpful staff. Comfortable experience. Wonderful location, near everything and easy to travel to everywhere.
Love nightly ramen, ice cream, and morning Yakut
They have free ramen every evening, it taste good, but the area is not too clean. The area is troubled by over-tourism.
The corridor of the level where i am staying at has a stinky urine smell, informed front desk but it was not improved throughout the 2 night stay. The furnitures (bed, table, sink) of the hotel room is not so cleaned that i have to wipe it myself. The smoking room is located at the second floor where the onsen is, you can smell cigarette from the lift when it stops at second floor. So unpleasant that i did not went to the onsen.
The onsen experience was really good. I fonly the size of the pool had been bigger, the experience would have been excellent.
The size of the room could be a little bigger.
