Pros:

Great location and many complementary items (e.g. luggage storage, probiotic drinks, ice cream, ramen, jelly and bottled water). Spacious room. Friendly staff who were at hand to help. We enjoyed the onsen experience and free wifi too.

Cons:

No curtains or blinds in our room so it got a little bright in the morning.

Cet établissement est celui qui nous a le plus plu parmi les 6 dans lesquels nous avons sejourné pendant notre séjour au Japon.
Excellent emplacement près de la zone avec les néons.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Chambre agréable.
Très bel Onsen dont j' ai pu profiter chaque soir et qui avait une très grande amplitude horaire puisqu'ouvert toute la nuit.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast. Onsen was fine. No massage chair which we were disappointed about.

Pros:

Outstanding location for visiting Dotombori! Close to subway station. Friendly efficient staff. Reasonably well sized rooms with good layout. Nice onsen with 2 baths, one a little like being outdoors.

O hotel é perfeito! Todo lindo, novinho, estilo japonês tradicional.Café da manhã espetacular, destaque para o salmão com caviar cor de laranja. Quarto e banheiro amplos, bonitos e confortáveis - bons produtos para banheiro. Fornecem kimonos , meinhas e chinelos diariamente. Andar de Kimono pelo hotel, aproveitar o Yakult, picolés, refrigerantes e Ramen gratuitos ( em determinados horários - prestar atenção), assim como máquina de gelo , de água para beber, e lavadora ( a secadora é paga, mas bem pouquinho), e ainda usufruir do Onsen maravilhoso, com várias piscinas e produtos de skincare ,é muito gostoso! Localização perfeita também, perto de dontonbori a pé!

Cons:

Precisam aumentar o número de mesas no restaurante, para que o hóspede não fique esperando pela manhã - o hall de entrada é grande, dá para ampliar o restaurante. Staff é dividido, alguns atenciosos , outros constantemente sérios e estressados.

It is a long list … just few examples: hotel no-shoes concept, the onsen with 2 tubs at different temperature and sauna, the ramen offered in the evening to the guest was simply amazing. The room make me feel the authenticity of a japonese home.

Cons:

If I can find something to improve may be the room was not very well insulated from the street noise. Being the hotel very central , it might happen to hear some ambulance running .,, but besides that I live the hotel
