Heerlijke onsen bij het hotel, met gratis ijsjes 😄. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Bij inchecken zag het er allemaal een beetje rommelig uit, met veel koffers in de kleine hal. Maar nadat dat was opgeruimd was het prima.

Nur eine Anregung: Im Vorzimmer ist ein Licht das über einen Bewegungsmelder gesteuert wird.
Wenn jemand Nachts auf die Toilette geht, schaltet sich das ein, und leuchtet taghell ins Schlafzimmer.
Great staff. Very close to dotonbori and all the busy stuff in Namba. Excellent breakfast. The room was very spacious.
The onsen, while great, was not as great as other onyada hotels, particularly the one in Asakusa. It was still very good, though, and this is me nitpicking.
위치도 지하철과 가깝고 룸은 작았지만 신발을 벗고 다닌다는 장점이 있어서 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 그리고 라멘도 넘 맛나고 아이스크림도 있고 기억에 남는 오사카여행이였습니다.

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend aufgeteilt, die Betten bequem, es kann ein weicheres Kissen und anderes an der Rezeption bestellt werden. Infos dazu findet man über das Menü des Fernsehers. Dort sieht man auch, wie voll das Onsen und das Restaurant ist was SEHR hilfreich ist!
Man kommt mit dem Koffer bequem über die Aufzüge zum Zimmer ohne dass die Rollen irgendwo steckenbleiben was sehr komfortabel ist. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee, einen schwachen Föhn (→ im Onsen gibt es bessere!) und das nötigste wie Zahnbürste, Bürste, Duschgel, Shampoo, conditioner. Die Zimmer sind von der Grösse her ok aber es steht einfach zu viel drin (3 Stühle, ein Schreibtisch und ein Beistelltisch). So bleibt wenig Platz für die Koffer.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück fand ich gross und für meinen Geschmack sehr ansprechend und qualitativ hochwertig.
Onsen, kostenlose Waschmaschinen im Onsen
Ich fand die Zimmer für die Lage ruhig. Sicherlich waren sie nicht geräuschlos und man hat ab und zu Autos gehört aber ich fand das absolut erträglich und leise genug zum schlafen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut wenn man den Trubel Dontonburis sucht und kein Problem mit Stripclubs etc um die Ecke hat
Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen wenn man Ruhe und japanische Gastfreundlichkeit sucht oder das erste Mal in Japan ist.
Die Zimmer sind von der Grösse her ok aber es steht einfach zu viel drin (3 Stühle, ein Schreibtisch und ein Beistelltisch). So bleibt wenig Platz für die Koffer.
Der Dusch/WC-Bereich riecht sehr nach Urin. Das habe ich in den anderen Bewertungen auch gelesen. Woher das kommt wollte ich lieber nicht herausfinden… aber ich habe es dann bevorzugt im Onsen zu duschen da die Dusche im Zimmer sich direkt neben dem Klo befindet.
Die Freundkichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie bei der Einteilung beim Frühstück war leider sehr wechselhaft. Beim Frühstück wurde ich vom zuständigen Mitarbeiter ignoriert statt einem „ohayou gozaimasu“ und mir zu signalisieren dass man gesprächsbereit ist. Die Reaktion war vielmehr sichtlich genervt „was ich denn nun wolle“. Von Omotenashi keine Spur. Der checkin war ähnlich kühl.
Ich musste meinen Aufenthalt verkürzen da mein nächster Flug früh morgens vom Flughafen Kansai ging und ich nicht wusste dass um diese Zeit weder ein Bus noch ein Zug fährt. Das ist natürlich mein Fehler. Es war leider nicht möglich die Buchung zu ändern und es wurde auch keine andere Hilfe angeboten (z.B. Taxi vorbestellen). Also leider fehlt hier auch die nötige Kulanz und Serviceorientiering um wenigstens ein positiveres Gefühl zu hinterlassen. Ich habe dann über klook ein sehr gutes Angebot gefunden um an den Flughafen zu kommen.
Die Atmosphäre beim Essen ist wie in einer Kantine einer Jugendherberge. Beim Frühstück und bei der Ramen die es nachts gibt. Letztere ist kostenlos und dafür ganz ok. Das Frühstück könnte allerdings liebevoller gestaltet werden zum Beispiel mit Erklärungen. Das Geschirr räumt man am Ende selbst weg also war insgesamt recht wenig Service für ein kostenpflichtiges Frühstück. Wie die Kaffeemaschine etc. funktionieren und wo alles steht musste ich dann alleine rausfinden.

Very close to Dotonbori and short walk from Namba station.
You need to take your shoes off at the entrance, with rain that was a little inconvenient, if we had known, we might have made a different choice. There are many free amenities in the hotel, but we never could make the hours, If you’re coming here for the natural spring eater it is very nice but if you’re here for tourisim and traveling, this hotel’s extra offers might not work for you
