Cortizo Suites

Un lugar acogedor y muy accesible en cuanto a costo, solo se tiene que mejorar el servicio en el sanitario (emergían aromas a drenaje)

This property is in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Overall the property is in good shape with only one exception which I will describe shortly. We stayed in the suite towards the street, and I believe they have different size ones. It had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. The rooms are very spacious. Our problem during our stay was the bathrooms. There was a leak which created a puddle in the main bathroom. It was never fixed while we were there, and seemed as if it was there before we got there. Everytime we had to use the bathroom we had to go in there with shoes otherwise you ended up wet. It was cleaned only with the daily cleaning. That was our biggest issue. The beds are not the comfiest, you can feel the springs, I believe all but 2 were that way. We stayed here just before and after new years, so another thing to consider is the noise. Noise from pedestrians and/or cars. I wonder if we werent in the street facing suite the noise would of been an issue. Other then those things it was an okay stay.

Es un hotel modesto, sin embargo, cabe resaltar la excelente actitud y servicio de sus colaboradores, siempre dispuestos a atenderte, además se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, muy céntrico y cerca de restaurantes y puntos de interés. Si la idea es ir a descansar y salir a recorrer la ciudad sin complicaciones, este hotel es una buena opción. Si buscas algo lujoso y con instalaciones 5 estrellas, hay otras opciones.

Blood stained blankets. Needs remodel. Close to the center. Good location.

We only saw the front desk person she was very nice and helpful.
She was going to take my laundry to a location that could do my laundry with drop off on saturday then available for Sunday pick up.
On Sunday when I went to it up from at front desk she there wasn't any able to do it with short notice...she told me that she did the laundry! Wow! We was I very surprised and impressed. 5* for her.

· In the bedroom it needed dusting of the fan and under the bed. Need thicker bed sheets we bought bed sheets so we felt comfortable to sleep.
Bought bath mat for bathroom as there wasnt any.
The shower tiles need bleaching as there was a fair bit of mold.
Weekends downstairs bar had music so loud it vibrated the windows.
The kitchenette was very convenient

Sencillo no puede dar más. No cuenta con recepcionista todo el día lo cual dificulta solucionar problemas o atender alguna necesidad.

Es un casa vieja adaptada para tratar de ser hotel . Mobiliario viejo, sin decoración definida y muy feo.

Poor quality room with bad furniture mediocratly maintained

Si a lo que vas es a dormir te recomiendo el hotel si quieres quedarte en tu cuarto recomiendo veas otra opción

PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! no había agua, no hubo nunca agua caliente, no hay personal, una sola persona atiende todo el hotel, la habitación apesta a humedad, el baño más apestoso aun, no tiene ni ventilación ni privacidad el baño, no tienen café, la cama kingsize que rente en realidad era matrimonial con colchón kingsize encima que colgaba por los lados

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro, a una cuadra de la plaza principal, ideal para salir a caminar y recorrer los atractivos de San Miguel, el único problema es el estacionamiento.

Muy bien a excepción que es dificil localizar a emplados del hotel...

Muy buen ubicado, para pasar una bonita estancia. Un poco problema de estacionamiento pero en la calle paralela un lugar ideal para guardar el vehículo

Absolutamente todo en el cuarto esta en muy malas condiciones, los colchones son de muy mala calidad, el hotel es realmente malo. Del personal sin comentarios

Excelente ubicación, se encuentra a una cuadra del centro. Muy cómodo para poder pasear en el centro y hacer compras.

Excelente ubicación del hotel a una cuadra caminando y las habitaciones muy amplias

El departamento no es malo pero está muy lejos de costar 4700 pesos la noche.
El ruido de la calle es insoportable, los baños eran demasiado pequeños e incomodos.
Teníamos 3 televisiones y solo dos controles remotos.
El estacionamiento que nos dijeron estaba a 3 cuadras en realidad estaba a 6 y muuuuy lejos.
El personal fue amable, pero definitivamente yo no volvería a pagar esa cantidad de dinero, esperaba por más de 4700 pesos mucho más de lo que recibí.
