Pros:

The staff are friendly and the view is good.

Cons:

The room is really old and not even big. The price is too high for how the room is definitely. Even the pool area restrooms are not maintained. Disappointed.

Breakfast is very good, food are good, all the staff in the Greeka restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Joe who is very helpful in taking our family photos.

The courteousness of the staff, the freshly laundered linen which smells dried under the sun.
The hot choco and cookies (freebies) was a surprise. I was thoroughly mesmerized by the view- it was so romantic anytime of the day.

Cons:

If you could upgrade the menu in the resto? like offering specials for the day.
Also the pizza is a big let down.

Heavenly blue skies and pool
Pros:

The pool and view to the beach was spectacular. Staff were very attentive in the restaurant. Great cocktail selection from the pool bar. We booked a superb bangka trip from there. Saw a turtle! The family loft was nice and spacious with a great view from the balcony. They arranged a guide so I could walk up and down the mountain behind the hotel.

Cons:

Perfect for a long weekend. Would go again.

It's just a little thing, and I've seen it mentioned before, but the bath mats are really tatty which seems at odds with the otherwise pristine hotel.

No curtains in the top of the family loft, so you may want to bring an eye mask.

Washroom is flooded with water from the shower tub. Towel used on the floor looked so old and dirty. Room was not properly cleaned. I saw some cobwebs and hairs under the table.

Picture perfect but that’s about it.

Sheets were old and gray, towels were ratty, and unfit for guests. They might be washed well, but they do not look it.
