Heavenly blue skies and pool
Pros:

The pool and view to the beach was spectacular. Staff were very attentive in the restaurant. Great cocktail selection from the pool bar. We booked a superb bangka trip from there. Saw a turtle! The family loft was nice and spacious with a great view from the balcony. They arranged a guide so I could walk up and down the mountain behind the hotel.

Cons:

Perfect for a long weekend. Would go again.

It's just a little thing, and I've seen it mentioned before, but the bath mats are really tatty which seems at odds with the otherwise pristine hotel.

No curtains in the top of the family loft, so you may want to bring an eye mask.

Quite bored after 2 nights of stay.

Cons:

Washroom is flooded with water from the shower tub. Towel used on the floor looked so old and dirty. Room was not properly cleaned. I saw some cobwebs and hairs under the table.

Pros:

Picture perfect but that’s about it.

Cons:

Sheets were old and gray, towels were ratty, and unfit for guests. They might be washed well, but they do not look it.

Once and never again. If all you want is pictures sure, but there a better places to stay

Seems a little run down/in need to maintenance in some areas. Bad smell in some rooms
Small selection available the restaurant
Staff doesn’t coordinate well with restaurant - they have away my rooms free breakfast to another room
Staff doesn’t clean up the water where guests snorkel and kayak
