Very good and ideal for the trip I took and I would stay at the property again if I needed to.
Pros:

Conveniently located to the major ski mountains in the area (within 2 hours), good breakfast selection, comfortable room and bed, quiet and peaceful setting, friendly staff.

Overall the stay was great! We always choose your facility when we are in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing..the staff was very pleasant. The check in staff was great and really friendly.

Cons:

The only deficiency was there was not any shampoo in the shower.

I expected a much quieter stay and a better room away from the noise ,maybe top floor out in the back.
Pros:

Close to the casino.

Cons:

The fact they basically put everyone in the front of the hotel on the 1st floor,it snowed that night and you couldn’t sleep thru the clean up noise.

Disappointing, but has potential to be a great place.
Pros:

The room was wonderful, very clean and everything I am looking for in a room when I stay out. Front desk staff during check in where wonderful.

Cons:

I arrived rather late around 10pm. Was attending a wedding reception, did not return back to the room till 3am. At 10:30am we were woken up by someone knocking on our door and entering our room... as soon as i said excuse me they left. Called front desk asked for a later check out they said we can do 11:30am and that's the best they can do. At 11am we received a call on our room phone. It was the gentlemen I had spoken to 30 mins ago asking if we wanted another night. I said I just talked to you about checking out at 11:30am. He was apologetic..... but come on guys!! When I left there was 3 cars in the parking lot you can not have been that busy.

Also the walls are very thin we heard the vacuum all morning, at one point it sounded like it was n our room.

As someone in the hospitality industry this hotel did not meet my needs. It could be a wonderful place but for the price and how we were woken up so many times in the morning it was not to our standards.

I have been calling to try and speak with someone in regards to this experience. In hopes of a refund or a free night...anything those shows they care about there guests. But so far no one has reached out to me. Id love to here from someone in management that can help with this issue.
