Cons:

Our room was in the front of hotel and the traffic especially in the early morning was very loud. Not the fault of the hotel but you asked.

Clean and comfortable. This Hampton was less expensive than the Hampton Inn located in Augusta.

Cons:

Not having a microwave in the room. Other Hampton Inn locations have a microwave in the room. Less expensive/economy hotels have a microwave in the room.

Biggest complaint - the hot water for tea was always lukewarm

The staff is amazing and went above and beyond
Pros:

Every member of the Staff was delightful - Especially Emily the night Desk person

Cons:

i was a little sad that the pool was closed for a water heating system issue, but truth be told we were probably too tired to use hot tub/pool anyway

Terrible experience
Pros:

I can’t say anything good about this property because we were unable to stay here.

Cons:

We booked everything using booking dot.com no problems paid upfront and had all my conformations. Went to check in the Manager forgot to accept our booking. They told us they were completely booked and we had to leave and contact booking dot.com. We were 13 hrs from home.

Pros:

I thought the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed it. We did not enjoy the parking. It was very, very full almost every single night that we had to park and the trashes were overflowing outside.

Cons:

We were in the hotel for 11 days, which is fine but some of the people around us above us so our next was really, really, really loud banging and thrashing around
