Shenzhen Lido
Pros:

The front desk staff named Chow was very helpful and assist us in whatever we need especially regarding booking of taxi.
Other staff were also friendly, explaining how items we ordered will be sent to our room by a robot

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is only free for 1 so we have to pay for more than that. Most hotels offer for.2.persons. The price is reasonable . So not much of an issue.

Nice city with a beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Very nice place to stayed. Totally recommend. Clean hotel with kind staff and the room service was excellent. I'd enjoy every minute of it. Great breakfast variety. Also location is fantastic in the heart of Shenzhen. Only a minute to the subway can easily get to Hong Kong. Such a beautiful city
