Ritz Hotel

Everything. Terrible rooms, the place had a awful smell and the cable was not working and they didn't even tell us about it when we checked in. We didn't stay and they promised us a full refund 5 days ago and we haven't received it yet.

Het bed was niet echt heel lekker om op te slapen.

Tap water

Minor issue with water not connected to room & hot water also had to be reconnected. Breakfast is very basic, not much options.

The construction around the area sometimes becomes a nuisance with all the racket going on, especially in the morning.

Sometimes the pillows smell funky—I hope that they inspect each room everytime a new guest checks in.

Not sure but the beddings seem to have not been changed as it smelt odd and sweaty. I had to spray the room and beddings with my cologne/perfume. It would also be great to have a change of sheets for stays more than 3days.

When me and my partner arrived there was only one person in the hotel. There was no security guard so the receptionist put a metal pole on the door so people can’t get inside and need to pressedthe door bells. We checked in and the receptionist was very friendly.
The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very noisy. Shower room floor was dirty, no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser, the tap was dirty and wobbly.

The rooms were discussing. Everything was broken and didn't work. The Shower in each room did not have hot water and very little water pressure!! The phone was broken and not connected! Only had the 1 key. So of we had to leave the room. Power was disconnected. No Aircon. Power point came out from the wall when unplugging the cable. No toilet paper supplied.

You have to update the keycard daily, one time the lovk was broken and we couldn’t not lock it so we had to transfer to another room, buti nalang nag double check kami if nalock or not , limas sana gamit namin. Water from the faucet and shower was brown and smells funny. Linens have holes in them . Telephone was broken so smwe had to call them using our own phone for service or we had to go down. If magreklamo kami sasabihin lang na wa sila maintenance kasi linggo, di naman namin fault if dirty yung water.
