The TV set had very limited channels and the picture or screen defination was pathetic, the bed was one you could swear is from the 18th century, everything wasn't screaming Nelspruit lodge of fame, the place has lost its glory. Their furniture needs attention, the bed wasn't comfortable at all and mind you it was on valentines day. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Noisy rooms from the new building and poor internet connection.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are spacious and nice

Cons:

The rooms from the new building don't have isolation against the noise from the main road. Wood door and windows are not the proper one for this situation.

Friendly staff! The room was neat and clean, with a sturdy mattress for a comfortable sleep.
Pros:

The location was ideal for our purpose, very close to the city centre

Cons:

The cushions on the couch on the veranda on the first floor, close to our rooms, were worn out and dirty.
