Excellent Staff service, very comfortable stay.
Pros:

All Staff provided excellent service, hotel was very clean, room was spacious, bed very comfortable, great choice for breakfast, walking distance to large shopping centre, 10 minute drive to the airport

Cons:

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, so of course there’ll be some noise from aircraft taking off. But the windows could have been a bit more soundproofed. Otherwise it was perfect.

Pros:

Everything is perfect!
The staff is excellent, the rooms are fresh, clean, and spacious.
It's very quiet, even though the building is next to the road. It's close to the train station, and there are buses too.
There's a huge shopping mall 500 meters away.

Pros:

Нам очень понравился отель и персонал. По прибытии нам сделали приятный апгрейд — повысили категорию номера до люкса. Это было очень неожиданно и здорово.
Уборка номера была ежедневной. Персонал отлично говорит по-английски и всегда помогал с любыми бытовыми вопросами: подключением электрокара к зарядной станции рядом с отелем, парковкой и т.д.
Номер люкс состоит из двух комнат — гостиной и спальни, а также имеет просторную террасу.
У отеля есть небольшая парковка перед зданием и большая — позади него (слева). Завтраки простые, но вполне достойные: омлет, яичница, свежая выпечка, сыры, ветчина, соленья, фрукты, йогурты, хлопья, соки, кофе и чай.
По расположению отель очень удобен, если использовать его как базу для поездок не только в Измир, но и в Памуккале, Эфес, Алачаты и другие интересные места. Рядом много магазинов, всё необходимое можно купить в пешей доступности. Также в двух минутах ходьбы находится большой торговый центр «Оптимум».

TRES BON HÔTEL, à recommander, excellent choix à 5mn en voiture de l'aéroport.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, rien à redire, un peu de bruit néanmoins car pas de double vitrage. Chambre de très bon standing, parking privatif, proche de l'aéroport, station service au pied de l'hôtel, restaurant très correct: ensemble très intéressant.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore depuis la rue.

Completely disappointed with this hotel
Pros:

Once my partner asked , the room we were upgraded to was on the 5th floor and the room was very lovely compared to awful room given to us initially on floor 1. Spacious room, great shower and relatively comfortable. Parking for the car was great , as its onsite. Busy location but ideal for shopping! Booked as the reviews were excellent and price was great - huge error.

Cons:

The two staff that checked me in on Tuesday 7th April , a tall lady and a tall thin chap were not particularly welcoming- very little English spoken- began to speak to my Turkish partner and ignored me whose booking was under my details. When I asked " Oh the rooms on the ground floor" the lady meekly asked would you like another room" but I was polite and declined not knowing how awful the rooms on the 1st floor were. These rooms are not aesthetically welcoming and look out onto a public walkway with a makeshift " terrace". How on earth could management not have explained this to me as I checked in? It was only when I aired my displeasure as we walked out of the hotel that my partner then asked the same two people if we could have a better rom. The two people were lovely to my partner but were not welcoming or apologetic or not helpful to me. No apology was given to me for the room, no explanation of the wifi was given- the breakfast was lovely and the morning staff were much nicer than the two members who I dealt with. When the male guy was explaining to my partner about how to get the tram as we wanted to go into Izmir city centre, he was very casual in his manner and lit up a cigarette , talking with my partner to show us how to get to the metro stop behind the hotel and whilst on duty, with residents just lit up a cigarette and explained. I definitely will not be taking my custom to this hotel. Rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional staff. This person has since responded Mehpare Bolat Uygur- thank you for the response. Please note that your footage perhaps failed to show how your customer service chap- the tall thin chap I mention who was explaining to my partner about how to get to the tram was when he walked us through the `public terrace of rooms located on the 1st floor`- the side passageway is where he casually struck up a cigarette , behind the hotel to show us the tram stop. Thank you
