Pros:

The place was nice n clean.,tge bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no one to welcome us, the lift was scary there was no iron no dish cloth.

Helpful host, but apartment description and check-in needs attention
Pros:

The helpfulness of the agent ( not the owner) who went out of her way to help us

Cons:

The apartments can be very loud at times because students live there.
The inner courtyard is consistently lit up which even with curtains makes sleeping difficult.
Although we stayed for 6 nights, no washing up liquid or sponges were provided

Space was great all in all you just struggled with the water pressure in the shower it is very weak

Very poor water pressure in the shower.
Could have provided salt and pepper.
There almost no sunlight so the space feels dark at all hours of the day. But is no fault to the host.

The steps were a little bit of a challenge because I was with my Mom so I was always scared for her that she will fall.

Disappointing considering how much we paid.

The view of table mountain

Cons:

It was hot with a broken mobile aircon which someone had tried to sticky tape together, and only 2 small fans. We asked the host for more fans who said she would try and provide and then heard nothing further. The carpets were marked and dirty. The toilet seat was broken as was the kitchen counter ( wood pieces missing). The curtains were also stained.

Pros:

2 bed apartment was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

No aircons in the apartment Air cooler did not help much with the hot weather on the 7th floor.
Lighting in the 2 bed apartment very poor especially when having dinner in the apartment. No 2 pin plug sockets in the apartment... had to purchase extra adapters.

the day I was leaving, apartment was in total blackout as from midnight.i had to use my phone torch to prepare myself to leave.it was a really disappointing experience.This is the first time i have experienced this in the apartment.The management had not renewed its electricity on the day i was leaving.i had booked till the 2nd,thus as from midnight they did not opt to renew until i left.till 5 in the morning it was complete blackout,couldnt even make a coffee while leaving

Not quite what I was expecting.
Pros:

How central it is. From that you can easily go to some attractions without any issue. You have izigo museums right up on the street. Also, the security guards are very nice.
Having a washing machine was a must, I may say. Having my clothes clean right there was something I appreciated a lot.

Cons:

The Room/apartment was not that clean, sadly. The second I walk in barefoot, I could feel the floor not being properly clean, I needed to use the mop (no vacuum cleaner was there) and the trash was quite a bit.

At the WC, on the sink below, there is an open space where all the smell from other rooms would get in. All the tobacco smell was getting into our apartment, all the time. Imagine waking up on the middle of the night with the scent, as if someone inside of your apartament was smoking.

The fact that the apartments are inside of an open space, the wind blowing was not a good thing either. The doors would open by themselves since the balcony door is not working as it should. If you opened the main door and the wind was blasting, the balcony would open as well. I did not feel as safe as I was hoping for.

The place has potencial, just needs some work.
