Pros:

The best hotel I’ve stayed at. Exceptional service and very clean. Good breakfast and the housekeeping staff kept the room in top tier!

Cons:

The shower didn’t have a place to put your soap lol

Was great besides the static electricity
Pros:

Would have given a 10 but delt with static electricity the entire stay due to sheets. So every time I touched the refrigerator or turned on or off a light, I got a shock. To the point I turned on lights with a bottle. Which sucked but besides that I liked my stay.

Great stay overall!
Pros:

Spacious clean room

Cons:

Bathroom door and shower door were heavy and wouldn’t stay closed and were very heavy. Shower head could be replaced.

Good choice
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel from December 23rd to January 1st 2026. Because of a delay with our flight we arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am the following day. We were warmly greeted by the hotel clerk, who gave us each a bottled water and asked us if he can heat sandwiches for us. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, the choices were very limited and repetitive. We ate there only few days. This hotel is centrally located to the sites that we visited in Dallas, Fort Worth. There are also lots of restaurants and malls close by . What makes this hotel shine are the employees who are helpful and happy to work there.

Amazing Stay, a hidden Gem!
Pros:

Monica, Chrissy, Jelique, Nick, and staff were amazing. My family loves to get away during the holidays, particularly for New Year's. You guys made our New Year 2026 so special. Jelique helped me figure out something for my business and was so nice, helpful, and encouraging. Jelique even had a passion for being a great steward of her job, her co-workers, and even her environment (being very conscious about recycling). I left inspired and restored for the new year!

All in all I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was huge and comfortable! The staff were so helpful and nice!

Cons:

Could not get my sons Playstation to connect to the wifi because of the password protection even though I paid for the more expensive wifi option for him to be able to play and he didn't get too.

Thin Walls are a big problem
Pros:

I really love this place for all the reasons. But the walls are SO THIN that we can hear snoring in the next room all night and the TV in other rooms. If there are going to be TVs near the wall, please insulate them more. The fact we can hear someone snoring says a lot about the construction.

Location definitely but Isaac wins for employee of the week. He is helpful and a true asset to your team with his customer service skills.

Cons:

The rooms do not have “do not disturb” tags. And the cleaning lady came in and my grandson was in bed while I was in the restroom
