Good hotel, nice breakfast , comfortable rooms and bed.

Cons:

Taxi that was contacted by hotel tried to charge me more. Also payment by card was not possible due to 'machine breakdown". Has nothing to do with the hotel but they should organise better taxis to my opinion

من الفنادق العالمية المحترفة .. ولكن للأسف استغربت هذه المرة بعد ان حجزت من بوكنك قال موظف الاستقبال حجزك مع تدخين .. فأبرزت له الحجز ولا يوجد اشارة للتدخين او غيره .. فقال غير متوفر لغير المدخنين .. ثم دخلت تطبيق بوكنك فظهر هناك خيارات بدون تدخين فقلت سأحجز هذه فقال المشكلة في بوكنك ونحن ليس لدينا بدون تدخين .. فقلت هل لديكم خيار قال هناك سويت بدون تدخين تدفع زيادة 4000 ليرة .. عموما اعتقد هذه تجربة لا تمثل فنادق هوليدي العالمية وانا اعتبر هذا تصرف غير مسؤول من شخص وليس من ادرة فندق .. وكله خير بعد ان خرجت وجدت فندقا رائعا اسمه راديسون بلو توزلا .. سعره مناسب وغرفه فسيحة وهادئ وجميل ..
