The usual excellent HIE experience
Pros:

On a trip to the West Coast, we stayed here both coming and going. The rooms are nice, professional, comfortable. The breakfast was standard HIE, covered all the early morning bases. Would stay here again.

it was a road trip stop
Pros:

The Room was nice, there was a real door to the bathroom. Lobby coffee was important. Appreciated the parking in the back to keep our stuff safe.

Cons:

There was an empty countertop where the coffee maker should have been in our room. We had to request a coffee maker. It did come in a whole kit when we picked it up from the front desk, but important to note. There is lobby coffee downstairs. If you plan on using the pool do ask in advance if the pool is available.

It was great!
Pros:

Very clean and smelled great. The room was super nice and the whole facility looked well taken care of. Staff was super nice too!

Cons:

Couldn’t tell if the part of town was sketch or not, I don’t think it was. Could be a little loud at times from traffic, but not horrible.
