Reasonably priced hotel in good clean condition in good location for our needs with a friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was the typical for this type of hotel--decent variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, and pre-made omellets

Cons:

The hotel did not have daily ( or any?) servicing of the room unless you specifically request it.

Pros:

Everything was awesome... super friendly and clean.

Cons:

Hot tub was not working during our visit. As professional athletes, this is an important recovery tool. We were in town for an event. This was one of the main reasons we booked here.

Overall, I enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites as always!
Pros:

I love the location and the price point at the moment. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

The only downside is that they put me right next to a group of students traveling together. The group of students were exciting (as they should be). I just wish I was put in a room away from them. But other than that, everything is fine!

Pros:

Clean facility with good a breakfast

Cons:

Pool area looks tiered and needs uplift look. The area needs a wall clock too. Finally the hot tub motor was burnt out and was therefore a bit disappointing. Please look into this.😞

Pros:

The staff here were very kind and attentive, the breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the facilities were all very clean for the most part.

Cons:

The ONLY thing that could have been better was the quality of the pool water. The pool water was very green and it reeked of chlorine. Other than that the entire facility from the lobby to the rooms were very clean and spacious.
