Pros:

Friendly staff, good location to port and airport, good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The room smelled from a bad AC unit. The humidity couldn't be reduced in our room and the unit was noisy and very smelly. Due to this we didn't sleep well and were not comfortable in our room.

Hampton Inns used to be a reliable affordable option. This was disappointing.
Pros:

Everything was very clean.

Cons:

WiFi access was very challenging at a time when most hotels make it easy and WiFi is not consiodered an extra.
No cups were provided for drinking water and no bottled water was available in the room.
Bathroom door handle was so loose it was in danger of falling off.
Barn doors on bathroom wouldn't allow privacy or steam to stay in the bathroom.

Will never go back to this establishment.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Some of the staff was polite. The pool was ok I guess

Cons:

The beds were horrible not comfortable at all, the room had a really bad smell like a dirty dog or something I couldn't sleep. I didn't know this hotel didn't come with toothpaste or toothbrush like other hotels and no bible in the room. There was a staff member when I checked I that was not approachable and looked like I was bothering her when I tried to speak with her.
