Comfy and cozy
Pros:

Comfy and nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was warm on a very cold night but would be nice to have an extra thicker blanket. Breakfast was exceptional!

Cons:

The one thing I didn't like about the room is that the bathroom has a sliding barn door which leaves an open space and doesn't close tightly. Would like more privacy in the bathroom.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location to the City.
Pros:

The room, access to laundry room, and fulfilling breakfast.

Cons:

I noticed some breakfast spilled in front of the elevator on the ground floor and took a day to clean. Also, a guide to direct the guests during an emergency as when the fire alarm was set off.

Pros:

Good.

Cons:

1). Hotel overcharged me. Manager said cost was $187.00. $50 would be refunded to me - still awaiting 50 refund.

2). Dining room and lobby had distinct wet dog / dog go to bathroom smell. I told the manager about it. Dog smell over-powered taste and smell of food.
