Great stay, even added an extra night
Pros:

Location and comfort
Rooftop is fantastic

Cons:

No pool/spa
Added an extra night but when I went to the front desk it was more expensive to do with them than online which was frustrating, then after booking online the reservation took a while to come through to the hotel meaning I needed to go back to reception again to link the booking..it was fine, just inconvenient

The room was nice.
Staff were helpful.
Roomtop was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom lighting was unacceptable- too dim!
Room not far from lifts - arrival to the floor, bell too loud and when hotel guests got out of the lift at all hours of the night they were too loud!

Pros:

The location and a fortunate upgrade to an executive apartment. The bath was a highlight as were the rooftop negronis.

Perfect for city weekend trip
Pros:

Really nice hotel for the price loved the interior & coziness of the rooms! Perfect for a night away in the city & amazing location.

Cons:

Every encounter with staff seemed like we were bothering them or something. Stayed at quite a few 5 star’s in Melbourne & the service feels more to a 4 star standard.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Great location, staff and rooftop bar.

Cons:

Room on the lower floor (level 2) was a bit dark due to the adjacent buildings. As a result you always needed the lights on. If you want natural light, make sure to book a room on the higher floors.
