The rooms are ok and this has been the hotel I go to on my business trips that require overnight stay in Guam. It is convenient--has a convenient store that opens late, dining options nearby, ATM across the street and laundromat located at the back. I just hope the hotel will have their own washing machines or laundry service, pick up and drop off at airport, and maybe elevator for second floor. But overall it is great for overnight stay and I will come back!

Bug infested rooms and no deadbolts on the doors. Be warned: once you pay online, they will not refund you for checking out early. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was ok, just so outdated. No elevator, no microwave in room. Have to ask for towels and wash cloths after check-in. But it is very quiet and staff is friendly. Overall it was like stepping back in time to the 1970's.

Awesome experience! Staff is super nice and helpful. Check in and extending my stay was super easy. Taxi service is very quick to the location. Shopping and food are right around the corner.
