Schade door toedoen van hotel personeel
Pros:

4-persoonskamer was fijn, met prima bedden en goede airco. Gedeelde badkamers zijn schoon. Locatie midden in Chinatown en vlak bij metro.

Cons:

De deuren van alle badkamers hebben hele sterke drangers (veren) waardoor ze met een harde knal sluiten, ook de hele nacht.
Het personeel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat 3 portemonnees verloren geraakt zijn! Op de gang zijn lockers waar wij onze waardevolle spullen in gedaan hadden. Dit gaat blijkbaar op kamernummer en is alleen voor schoenen, maar dat staat niet duidelijk vermeld. In plaats van ons eerst hierop te wijzen, vond het personeel het nodig om onze lockers leeg te halen in onze afwezigheid. Bij het leeghalen zijn ze onzorgvuldig geweest en zijn ze 3 Secrid portemonnees vergeten. Deze hebben dus onbewaakt in een geopende locker gelegen. De lockers zijn vanaf de straat bereikbaar. De dienstdoende receptionist toonde geen begrip en kwam niet verder dan te blijven herhalen dat we de verkeerde locker gebruikt hadden, en zich erachter te verschuilen dat een collega de lockers had leeggemaakt. De lockers waren overigens niet eens in gebruik door de gast van dat kamernummer, dus de hele actie was ook nog volkomen onnodig.

Pros:

チャイナタウンの入り口にあり、すぐにホーカーで食事をとれた。
24時間のコンシェルジュは誰も親切だった。
チャイナタウンから4駅先のブギスまで行くとアラブストリートがあり、マックスウェル駅まで歩いてオーチャードや、ガーデン・バイ・ザ・ベイ、マーライオン公園に行けるので、アクセスが良かった。

Cons:

朝食付きと書いてあるが、2 日連続で別のスタッフに訪ねても、無料の飲み物があると言われて、食事の提供はなかった。
シャワールームの作りが悪く水漏れして不潔だった。
3階に泊まったが、7個あるうちの一つのトイレは流れず、付属のジェットで流した。
ドアが故障し開閉できず、スタッフの修理につきあい、1時間かかった。

The stay was enjoyable, but the payment experience was disappointing. Being asked to cancel my booking and being charged

The location is excellent and very convenient, especially if you want to explore Chinatown. The capsule was clean and comfortable, and the staff during check-in were friendly. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant.

Cons:

My main concern was the payment process. My card was successfully charged when I made the booking, but later the property requested to cancel my reservation and attempted to charge my card again. This caused unnecessary stress just one day before my trip. I contacted the property, but the explanation was unclear, and I never received proof that the first payment had been refunded. Fortunately, I rejected the cancellation request, and my booking remained confirmed. I hope the property improves its payment system to avoid putting future guests in the same situation.

We like staying in Chinatown while in Singapore so location was a positive.

Cons:

We have stayed in pod/cube hotels in many cities for short layovers so are used to some noise, but there is little to no sound deadening, we were awake most of the night. Although the dorm itself is air conditioned, the pod was extremely stuffy.

Pros:

Чистая постель, полотенца, в самой капсуле очень комфортно даже при закрытой шторке, вентиляция работает. Много места, есть куда положить вещи, удобно с розетками было, так как адаптера у меня не было.
Очень тихо и спокойно. Душ и туалет вместе, что тоже удобно.
