L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bien

Cons:

Les chambres sont très petites, la propriété laisse à désirer, les jets du spa ne fonctionnaient pas, l'évier de la salle de bain était bloqué, le jets de douche coulait à peine, les cages d'escaliers étaient très sale et je ne crois pas qu'un hôtel acceptant les animaux devraient mettre du tapis dans leur chambre

Pros:

Clean Hotel and lots of parking

Cons:

very small rooms, not much room for the playpen for the baby. The walls are also very thin... you heard running/stomping all day and night from the floor above. Staff were good, but just a little unprofessional at times.

Room was clean. Good to have small refrigerator and microwave

Cons:

Noise from people walking on floor above our room.
Shower was very dangerously slippery, had to ask for non slip mat from front desk (mats should be in rooms that have showers only)
There is no indication as to when cleaning staff are making rooms. We left our room at 9:40 am and returned at 2:00 pm and room was still not made.

Location was great

Cons:

The mattress I slept on needs replacing. It was so worn making the mattress L shaped. I am a stomach sleeper, so my back was killing me, I barely slept. I had to sleep at the opposite end of the mattress, which helped a bit. I am reluctant to stay here again for fear of getting that room again.

Pros:

Breakfast was bland but good, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was very dirty. Splatter on walls, hair all over the beds and shower, sink wouldn’t drain, fire alarm not attached to ceiling. Requested room change, second room was under construction and smelt like plaster and must.
