I liked the location and the rooms.

Cons:

The shower heads lack pressure I have a hard time showering I can’t imagine how my wife is able to wash her hair.Rooms are pricey!

The staff are always great and the rooms are clean!
Pros:

We have stayed here before and gave it a very high rating. This time, one of the beds wasn’t at all comfortable! You just kept falling into the middle of the mattress
Then there was an iron in the room but no ironing board! I went to the front desk and the receptionist found me one but it was broken
Also no sugar or cream or stir stick for coffee

Cons:

I still love this property. Just disappointed in the bed mostly and an ironing board would have been great

Very disappointed to say the least.

The location is convenient

Cons:

The pool deck was not cleaned. There was clumps of hair and piles of grass… Dirty Band-Aids.& pieces of baby diapers and used Kleenex all over . There were no pool towels even after I asked none were provided. They had little babies in the hot tub as well as young children who thought it was funny to pee in it.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Lots of parking. Elevators were a bit dirty and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint.
