I won’t recommend this hotel to any one it’s so dirty and disgusting mattress full of dirty spots sheets dirty you feel in an ease and uncomfortable to sleep in such circonstances , internet so bad and they don’t clean your room if you are staying more then one day. Staff rude I asked for towels I never received it. Awful hotel

I have traveled a lot but this has been the stinkiest place I have ever seen in my life. A nest of rats, a source of infection, beyond any standard, people without culture, endless noise, rooms without windows to breathe, a horror, true madness.

Internet terrible in the room. Room was cold. No control over heater. No where to hang clothes. Breakfast terrible. No coffee. Cheese bread tea and hard boiled egg.. staff was nice.

Die lage ist gut das hotel wurde neu renoviert... das personal ist sehr freundlich.. preis leistung super cities Einkaufszentrum in der nähe ubahn station osmanbey ca 10min zu fuss...

Das Einzige was an diesem Hotel gut ist, ist die Lage. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants/Imbiss in der Umgebung.
Wir haben ein Zweibettzimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, mussten aber zusätzlich vor Ort 300 TRL zahlen für ein Zusatzbett für die dritte Person, dabei waren die Zimmer schon mit einem Doppelbett und einem Zusatzbett ausgestattet. Reine Abzocke! Möbelstücke sind alt und kaputt, es kam keine Reinigung. Die Dusche ist extrem rutschig, da das ganze Wasser beim duschen in die ganze Toilette läuft, weil keine duschtür vorhanden ist. Wir sind zwei mal ausgerutscht! Frühstück war nicht lecker. Wir waren nur einmal im Hotel frühstücken und danach nur draußen im Restaurant gefrühstückt. Also für 130 EUR für 3 Tage finde ich für das Hotel extrem teuer. Da hätte man definitiv ein anderes wählen können für den Preis!

Amazing experience if you are ever coming to this hotel do not reserve economy rooms, shower is open and makes a mess in the room, no hair dryer, windows covered with paper to not see the outside barely had sunlight in the room, no tea maker... but thats another story, regular rooms are great, hot tub, view to the outside, had it everything. Work on the economy rooms, for $5 a night you are staying in a luxury room rather than a rat box. Overall 4.5 stars it isn't perfect but is decent and the not economy room are pretty good for the price I highly recomend it, towards location i would give a 5 stars it has restaurants near by, supermarket, taxis, etc.

Goede sfeer en gastvriendelijkheid

The staff was perfect, hospitality was excellent. However the building, rooms were not same as they are on the photos. It needs repairing.The tap on the sink and the shower cabinet door was not fixed. It was moving . Maybe the tap is not big deal but the cabinet is important. Every time I entered or came out from the shower It was like the door will come out from the hinges. It was only hinged from the top, not from the bottom.Hygiene was okay. It wasn’t sparkling clean but clean enough. Also it was showing that there was internet but hell no!! At least in my room( I tried to use at lobby as well and it was same).Despite that I liked the staff so much,I didn’t like the answer I received after I complained about internet. The guy at reception said “unlucky ,that’s your bad luck ” and that was it. I was in the room for a week cause of operation I had(I didn’t have energy to move) ,I had to use my mobile internet. Luckily I had it and it was roaming free. Thanks Vodafone!!!

Renovated, however age and usage of the hotel facility is remarkable in every aspect.

Furchtbar kitchig eingerichtet. Vor dem Hoteleingang liegt ein alter ,6 m langer und 3 m breiter grüner Kunstteppich auf dem Gehsteig mit hässlichen Flecken und Falten. Fahrstuhl , Badezimmerdusche funktionieren nicht richtig. Unfähiges Personal mit Sprachschwierigkeiten. Alte, fast verdorbene schwarze Oliven zum Frühstück. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Dieses Hotel ist selbst für anspruchlose Gâste nicht zu empfehlen

Istanbul tolle Stadt, in diesem Hotel sind sie mitten drin die Lage ist 1A im Zommer müssen einige Sachen erneuert werden.
