We were in Turkey for the first time and our stay at this hotel was very pleasant.
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel with clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. Views from the window and balconies of the city and mountains. The airport transfer was organized flawless. All kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils for every need. We even tried the pool, although the water was still a bit chilly in early April. At the reception, you can exchange dollars or euros for lira and vice versa. The staff is always ready to help with guests' requests. For example, we initially booked a two-bedroom suite, but after checking in, we realized two separate rooms would be more comfortable for us. The hostess immediately offered us two other rooms, and we upgraded to them at no extra charge. Thank you very much!
Within walking distance (3-10 minutes): the beach and promenade with cafes, a minimarket, a bakery, an excellent sushi bar, seafood restaurants, a very pleasant park by the river for walks and sports, a bus stop, and more.

Cons:

I have a few wishes, not complaints, and some, I believe, wouldn't be too difficult to implement:
- As in many other hotels, the bathrooms would benefit from more hooks and hangers for clothes and towels, as well as shelves for toiletries (in Room 12 it was OK, in the others we would like more).
- It would be great to have bedside tables and reading lamps next to all the beds, on both sides.
Another desired improvement, which is certainly more difficult to arrange, is that it would be nice to have sockets next to each bed, and more sockets in the rooms overall.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, moderne, très propre, personnel trés gentil, à proximité de la belle plage de konyalty, des commerces et restaurants, et surtout on adoré la piscine et le petit déj qui était de qualité et varié .

Cons:

Au moins quelques petites bouteilles d'eau surtout pour le premier jour Sinon tout était impeccable

The hotel’s mishandling of our booking completely spoiled our stay
Pros:

Overall, everything met our expectations. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach and the grocery store. The breakfast was varied, and there was always something to suit every taste. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Even though it was 30–35 degrees outside all week, the room stayed pleasantly cool. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was completely ruined due to the handling of our booking. Shortly after making the reservation, we discovered that there were no available flights for our original check-in date (August 13), so we needed to move it to August 14. This was done two months in advance.

There was no option to change the date via the Booking.com website, so we contacted the hotel directly. The hotel confirmed the new check-in date. They informed us that the refund for the unused night would be processed through customer support, who would send a request to the hotel.

Despite following these instructions, the hotel has not confirmed the refund request and is now ignoring all messages. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Perfekter Urlaub abseits der Touristenhochburgen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Inhaber sind stets freundlich, nahbar und auch hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die entspannen und dennoch nah am geschehen sein wollen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und selbst ein eigener Strandbereich ist vorhanden.

Zeer aangenaam en prettig verblijf. Aanrader om tot rust te komen.
Pros:

De locatie was erg goed. Alles was op loopafstand. Restaurant, strand, openbaar vervoer, supermarkt, etc. We zijn met het openbaar vervoer naar het Aquarium geweest en lopend terug. Het strand is erg gezellig in de ochtenden en avonden. De eigenaren en het personeel zijn erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was perfect en elke dag gevarieerd. Ga zo door.

parfait !
Pros:

Très grand appartement avec tout le confort.
Petit déjeuner extra, personnel avenant, superbe piscine, plage et transats gratuits (et resto pas mal du tout) à quelques minutes de l'hôtel. On s'y sent très bien !

Cons:

Comme nous avions un appartement en duplex, la clim de l'étage n'était pas très efficace (avec une nuit particulièrement chaude car nous n'avions pas vérifié l'était de la clim qui était sur "fan" et non sur 18 °C (oui 18 !!), mais c'est vraiment le seul point négatif !
