Grand Continent – Bangalore International Airport

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and staff goes and extra mile to help you in whatever you need. Absolutely all members of staff been very friendly, respectful and as a solo female traveller its VERY important. Will definitely stay there again. About 15 mins from the airports which is a plus specially if you arrive late night or has early morning flights.

The place is at best average. Gym is a joke - they have 2 machines lying in the corridor.

The experience here was terrible, from a unfriendly night reception to higher cost for transportation, as well as the distance from the airport was more than twice as advertised, the room was way below expectations, I guess they have a good IT person doing their photo shoots and touch up, the bathroom was below expectations, it is just not what is advertised

I stayed there for the 3rd time, the hotel is good, and close to the airpot, but the staff is what made me return from the porter, to kitchen staff and reception all very friendly and respectful.
As a solo traveller I felt safe and respected at all times.

The property is located abiut 15mins from the airport, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is nice and has a good variety of options. The staff is the best of the hotel from the front door to the porter and kitchen all of them are very friendly and respectable, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. The food I ordered were very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Bedsheets and bedding are not clean and untidy. It looks like they dont change bedsheets after a guest leaves the room. They have hair and sheets have been used.

Very noisy. Trucks honking on the road on one side. Directly under the flight path of landing flights and the sounds enters the room.
No alcohol sold in the restaurant or in the room.
Linens and towels appeared to be very old, stale and dingy.

Electricty was on and off.
Breakfast buffet was nit that good.
