The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is quite disappointing for a theoretically 4 star hotel.. it included different types of Danish pastries,a cold croissant, , apples and oranges and coffee. Not any juice, no bread, butter or marmalade. It was advertised as European but having traveled in almost all European countries , I have not encountered so miserable breakfast even ar 2 star hotels.. Although most of the hotel looked clean the entrance area was quite dirty We stayed in room 333 and there was a continues noise , coming from outside of the room ,all night long ,like a boiler or something similar.
La chambre pour 5 est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables mais pas le lit d'appoint qui nous a été fournis. La piscine et la salle de sport sont bien.
Le lit d'appoint était vieux et le sommier très inconfortable.

I asked for a crib and received a pack and play , guest should be informed that a traditional crib is not provided , a pack and play is NOT an acceptable accommodation for sleep
Floors were dirty, bathtub was broken, door wasn’t closing properly.
When checking out, the receptionist added another 7 dollars per day hotel fees that was not on booking.com
I also got the invoice as synagog guest… no idea what they associated me with the synagogue..

L’environnement
Petit déjeuner très succinct, chambre mal insonorisée. Poubelle de ménage dans le couloir qui gênait l’accès à l’ascenseur
The room was large, the king bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was OK and sufficient.
The lighting was either bright or too low to read in. Something in-between would have been good. It need more USB/USB-C Jack's for recharging. It had 4 on one side of the be on the hardwired phone. We brought our own. Otherwise OK.
Chambres spacieuses et confortables.
Honnêtement, difficile de faire une vraie évaluation. L'hôtel était apparemment réservé en grande partie par une communauté religieuse, qui occupait à mon arrivée l'intégralité du hall et des extérieurs. De plus cela ne semblait pas être la première fois qu'ils réservaient l'hôtel au vu des enfants qui apparemment se sentaient comme chez eux.
Donc mon seul mécontentement: mettre un voyageur solo au milieu de chambres avec familles et enfants jouant, criant, s'appelant, ... , dans les corridors, et à l'angle du hall, bien occupé comme dit précédemment, cela ne pouvait que produire une soirée extrêmement compliquée et bruyante.

Le cadre de l hôtel niché dans les white mountain
L’ambiance générale de l’établissement nous a déçus. L’hôtel accueille régulièrement un groupe de résidents habituels ( congrégation), ce qui crée une atmosphère où l’on sent que les visiteurs de passage ne sont pas vraiment intégrés. Dans les couloirs, les usages de courtoisie (bonjour, bonsoir) sont inexistants, et l’on ressent clairement que notre présence dérangeait.
À la piscine, située au sous‑sol, notre arrivée a fait partir les trois personnes qui s’y trouvaient. À plusieurs reprises, quelqu’un est venu nous demander quand nous comptions partir ce qui est particulièrement désagréable : une piscine est un espace partagé, et il n’est pas acceptable que certains cherchent à le privatiser.
Concernant la chambre, elle était un peu vétuste, et la cuisine de l’appartement ne disposait ni de couverts, ni d’ustensiles, ni de micro‑ondes. Il ne faut donc pas s’attendre à pouvoir cuisiner ce qui n était pas notre cas.
Le petit‑déjeuner est très limité : en dehors du thé, du café et des viennoiseries, il n’y avait ni produits laitiers, ni œufs brouillés, ni bacon, ni pommes de terre, ni beurre, ni confitures… bref, rien de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un petit‑déjeuner américain, et rien non plus pour les enfants.
Au final, malgré une apparence correcte, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.
