Few observations that may help you.
Hotel sign on back entry road could have name on both sides of sign- only see from one road direction. Difficult at night. No sign on Arlington rd. I suspect have complications there.
2 - in room need better Iphone charging access to wall outlet. Hole in desk is blocked so can’t just drop line down.

We always leave some dim night light on at night. We left a bright ( more expensive ) light on in bathroom. A fixed / dedicated night light with wall switch might work best for all.

Bed was comfortable. There was a sofa in a separate part of the room. There was the opportunity to have a hot drink from the breakfast area at any time of day. Breakfast was tasty as I had just fruit and baked goods. My husband was disappointed with the temperature and consistency of the scrambled eggs. Staff were helpful.

We loved our stay at The Chandler. The front desk staff was amazingly welcoming and helpful. We were in a king room. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, well thought out, comfortable and had a great view. Very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow options. Great breakfast options and good quality. We loved our stay there and would happily stay again.
The only negative was we found out we paid considerably more than the regular rate offered. We booked direct with the hotel.
It has a lovely lobby and very nice staff at the front desk. The outdoor patio is small and could use some umbrellas with the few picnic table( one needs cleaning) our adult son liked the selection of video games and my husband liked the sauna.
The first room had an old food smell unpleasant odor so we quickly requested a change and they arranged a new room easily. You have to drive to Littleton for dinner ~ which is closeby but still a drive.

Room is very specious with lots of storage so it is very easy to keep it organized. The bed is very comfortable. The lighting in the room and the bathroom was better than in any other hotels I've stayed (this was 15th hotel this year for me).
In the past breakfast was much better with the offering of some scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cream cheese etc. Still continental but more diverse. Now it is only coffee/tea with pastries which are very good but for a day of outdoor activities one will probably have to look for a breakfast place.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is quite disappointing for a theoretically 4 star hotel.. it included different types of Danish pastries,a cold croissant, , apples and oranges and coffee. Not any juice, no bread, butter or marmalade. It was advertised as European but having traveled in almost all European countries , I have not encountered so miserable breakfast even ar 2 star hotels.. Although most of the hotel looked clean the entrance area was quite dirty We stayed in room 333 and there was a continues noise , coming from outside of the room ,all night long ,like a boiler or something similar.
La chambre pour 5 est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables mais pas le lit d'appoint qui nous a été fournis. La piscine et la salle de sport sont bien.
Le lit d'appoint était vieux et le sommier très inconfortable.
Location
I asked for a crib and received a pack and play , guest should be informed that a traditional crib is not provided , a pack and play is NOT an acceptable accommodation for sleep
Floors were dirty, bathtub was broken, door wasn’t closing properly.
When checking out, the receptionist added another 7 dollars per day hotel fees that was not on booking.com
I also got the invoice as synagog guest… no idea what they associated me with the synagogue..

The room was large, the king bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was OK and sufficient.
The lighting was either bright or too low to read in. Something in-between would have been good. It need more USB/USB-C Jack's for recharging. It had 4 on one side of the be on the hardwired phone. We brought our own. Otherwise OK.
