Great location a little loud
Pros:

Location was good, although limited places to have breakfast. Roof top bar is great, incredible views of NY and location is great.

Cons:

Rooms were not very soundproof. A lot of road noise at night and I was on the 18th floor. Front desk staff weee a little cold.

Really, really nice place to stay. Great location if you want to explore Chinatown, etc.
Pros:

We didn't realize breakfast was included and even though it required some thinking ahead (it's delivered from a local restaurant) it was fresh and good. This is a very nice place to stay for the price and location and size in NYC and the staff were very warm and helpful. Wonderful location for exploring Chinatown, and surrounding areas.

Cons:

Wifi was not working well for us but we were barely in the room so it didn't matter much. Staff was attentive and if we had asked for more help with the wifi, I think they would have found a fix.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's always the perfect spot for an overnight.
