Personal súper amable, atento y pendiente de brindar una buena atención.
* Excelente atención de los meseros del comedor y del personal de limpieza.
* Todo el equipo mostró mucha disposición y amabilidad durante la estadía.

Cons:

En general, todo estuvo excelente. Como oportunidades de mejora, en una de las habitaciones el aire acondicionado tardaba un poco en enfriar. También podría reforzarse el apoyo al momento de solicitar taxis o salir del hotel, especialmente para huéspedes que requieren asistencia de movilidad. En cuanto a los cócteles, considero que podrían mejorar su preparación y presentación.

Fantástico alojamiento para familias con niños pequeños
Pros:

Hotel súper cómodo y el personal extremadamente amable. Viajamos una familia de 4 con un bebé de 2 años y nos comodaron una cuna, cualquier extra que necesitábamos y siempre estuvieron pendientes y prestos a que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mejor
El desayuno además fantástico.
La piscina, la playa ahí mismo en el hotel, realmente maravilloso

Pros:

I talked with Juan in the bar, he explained me about author's coktail and he recommended me Montubio's coktail and I seemed very good. That drink had sal prieta that is an ingredient very ecuadorian. I recommend it.
