母娘神戸二人旅！
Pros:

受付のスタッフの女性がとにかく丁寧でとても可愛らしい人でした。
エレベーターの見送りもわざわざカウンターから出て来てくれて歓迎の気持ちが伝わってきました。
駅近くなのに、値段がとても安くお得に泊まれました。

Cons:

部屋のスタンドに埃が溜まっていたのが残念でした。

立地が最高。ビジネスにも観光にも良さそう！
Pros:

立地がとても良い。JR神戸駅も、高速神戸駅もどちらも本当にすぐ。駅にもたくさん飲食店やUNIQLO、ドラッグストアもあり、なにひとつ困ることがない。口コミでエレベーターの煙草の匂いについて書かれていることがあるが、煙草が大嫌いな私でも特に匂いを感じなかった。外国人のスタッフさんも多いが、どのスタッフさんもとても親切だった。
お部屋もお任せプランだったが、小さい部屋ながらも2人がけの大きめのソファーがあり快適に悠々と過ごせた。隣の部屋の音がわりと大きかったものの、アメニティに耳栓がありこれが大変役に立ちありがたかった。電車の音や外の騒音は全く聞こえなかった。

Cons:

部屋のライトが暗いと感じる。女性は化粧がしにくいのではないかと思ったが、フロントでデスクライトを借りることができるので応可能と思う。ベットに寝転んだ状態で室内の電気が消せないは少々不便に感じる。

Pros:

神戸駅にとても近かった。またコンビニやスーパーも徒歩圏内にたくさんあるので、便利でした。

Cons:

強いて言うならば、トイレの便器とトイレットペーパーが遠いところ。子どもが届かないと困っていました。
