Pros:

喫煙所を探していたら　スタッフの方が声掛けしてくれて教えてくれました

ロケーションが半分良くて半分工事をしていたので少し残念でしたがそれは仕方がないと思う

Close to shopping and Harborland!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the JR Kobe train station and the free coffee in the lobby is excellent. An added bonus is found in the lobby as a newish ping pong table is available. There are three or four washers and dryers available and reasonably priced.

Nothing I can think of here.
