Admiral Hotel Baku

Upon entering room seemed nice, until we started using the facilities.
Carpet was frayed and dirty. Toilet roll dispenser was jammed. Mold around the bathtub. We booked specifically for the bathtub, but it had a very questionable waste socket which they claimed was rusr when it was mold. We didnt want ti fqll ill so didnt use. Bedding was horrible. Towels dirty. They wouldnt change the room either. Luckily we arrived at 10pm and had to check out for 6am to catch a flight. We were glad to get out asap, but hardly slept a wink. Avoid this place at all cost.

Moho en la bañera. No hay agua caliente en la pila del baño. Falta de mantenimiento general, mampara de baño rota. Muchas excusas para entregar una factura. NO hacen la habitación todos los días. No hablan inglés, malo para huéspedes extranjeros. Imposible regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado.
Habitaciones amplias, cama grande..

Breakfast is very low, nothing to eat. A few olives, a few stripes cucumber tomate, that's it. and the personal woman in the restorant very unfriendly. No politeness. The cleaning service housekeeping unfriendly.Not clean working. The Mobiliar in the rooms are very beautiful and that was the best.and that's ist.

Found hair on bed. The bed was very old and had a depression on one side. At 4 am a drunk guest started screaming and I had to tell the front desk to call the police or that I would call them. Breakfast was below average.

Expensive

Ok for the price. Very friendly and helpful room service staff...

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer konnte nicht eingestellt (Temperatur und Stärke) werden. Im Zimmer war es bei Ankunft eiskalt! Wir verlangten eine zweite Decke, die haben wir aber nie bekommen.
Zusätzlich wurde in den Hotelzimmern geraucht, dieser drang (über Klimananlage?) auch in unser Zimmer, war sehr unangenehm!

Das Frühstück war i.O. und auch das Personal freundlich.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nicely.the only problem was that the hotel is very far from the center

The staff were very helpful and friendly . We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. The hotel itself was of a high standard, the bathroom in particular was great. I would happily stay again.

Very nice hotel, dtaff super friendly always helping and listening for what need.

The hotel was good &stuff friendly but their is no restaurant , no coffee or tea or mini bar in the room,no spa (as discerption),no laundry.

Stayed here for the Azerbaijan 2018 Grand Prix and staff were very helpful with directions, tips and help with the hotel. The room was huge for a great price. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. I’ll be back next year!
