Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie miasta, piękny widok z okna na Most Pomorski, miła obsługa, czysty i ładny pokój z łazienką, kuchnia współna, ale było wszystko co potrzebne. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w Państwa hotelu i serdecznie polecam wszystkim, którzy będą chcieli zagościć we Wrocławiu

Zimno w pokoju, pokój umieszczony obok recepcji i windy i schodów do kuchni, piwnicy.... wszystko słychać, każde wejście do obiektu. Dodatkowo.... przy noclegu na dwie noce gdy zapytałam o ręczniki na dzień drugi, Pani odpowiedziała, że wymieniają ręczniki co trzy dni..... dramat.

Hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta, bardzo wygodna lokalizacja pod każdym względem.

Cons:

W pokoju i w łazience było trochę zimno, bardzo brakowało klimatyzacji. Poza tym wszystko było dobrze.

The room was very noisy, as the window faced a main street, and we had to use earplugs to sleep due to constant traffic. The shower doors didn’t close properly. The pillows were uncomfortable. Unfriendly staff.

Due giorni a Breslavia bastava poco perché fosse meglio

Posizione centrale. Con ascensore.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola. Le prese erano vicino al letto solo x un letto.Per entrare nel corridoietto ci si deve organizzare. Spazi solo x bagaglio a mano non x valigie da stiva. Non c'è spazio per togliere nulla dalla valigia. Solo 3 appendiabiti x le giacche. Per un ospite x caricare il cellulare si doveva staccare o bollitore o luce della lampadina da comodino( per altro raggiungibile solo sa un letto). Le luci stanza non ci spengono dal letto. Pulizia non la fanno se non per 3 notti e quindi non svuotano neppure il cestino e no aggiungono caffe e te. Un solo asciugamano e non due (corpo e viso). Prezzo caro x la dimensione e x servizio

Terribile esperienza

Terribile, notti insonni a causa dei rumori del traffico di auto, moto e tram che passano sotto l'hotel e sembrano entrare in camera. Vetri sottili, le finestre non sono insonorizzate, tremano al passare del tram. Inoltre non ci sono tende oscuranti quindi la mattina alle 6 la stanza è in piena luce. Alla reception due ragazzi che neanche salutano. Pessima esperienza.

This accommodation lists parking as an amenity, which is unfortunately misleading. The parking they recommend is across the river — that's a stretch to call it hotel parking. I raised the issue with reception, who seemed surprised, and also messaged the host on Booking.com. As of today, the property still lists parking as an amenity.
