Club Big Blue Suit Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

The hotel is not that fare from the beach 20 minute walk it’s 3 mile into Antalya Taxi 10 euro.staff friendly but we thought the hotel catered more for German/Russian not so English food not good if you like casseroles then your ok hotel was clean but very regimented no none alcoholic beers or wine & only gin Vodka beer & Rakki free everything else had to be paid for.Definitely recommend the Turkish bath very enjoyable

Had amazing one week experience in big blue hotel . Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and smiling staff they go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lovely help from Dilara one of the staff from big blue hotel, we can ask her for any help whenever. She is very friendly and lovely with lovely smiles. The hotel was very clean bedrooms are very clean and noise free . Help available 24 hours. The entertainment team was amazing. They make sure that all the guests was entertained and happy. They even took us clubbing which I recommend everyone to experience, it was safe and party bus was amazing experience. The food are amazing but less options for vegetarian people. The beach was 5 minutes walk and the hotel have their own beach spot and the food was amazing in beach restaurants . Hotel have there own hammam Turkish spa was okay because there was no proper relaxing atmosphere. We could here people talking and chatting and they don’t have separate relax room where there is no sound and relax environment .but the massage was very good the lady Asya masseuse was very good when she gave me massage , i loved it the massage experience not the spa experience. Overall our stay was really good . We recommend this hotel to everyone. And hotel have got lovely 3 pools and pool for kids as well . And the best part is they give us pool towels and beach towels so we don’t have to take towels with us and we can change our towels and get fresh one anytime.

Świetny hotel, który zdecydowanie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek! Bardzo blisko plaży, dodatkowo hotel posiada swoją prywatną część z leżakami i parasolami, co było ogromnym plusem. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, a obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. W całym obiekcie panowała idealna czystość. Super rozwiązaniem dla rodzin jest brodzik dla dzieci z dwiema zjeżdżalniami i głębokością 40 cm. Bardzo przytulne miejsce!

The hotel is of good quality, the food is decent, and the cleaning is good.But if you are here with children, you are in the wrong place!The animator Papel is a terrible person.He yells at his employees in front of my children and uses foul language.The children are afraid and don't want to go there anymore.Keep an eye on the staff!!!!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful . Papel and Osmano were great . Both guys very helpful and friendly made our holiday amazing. Rooms is ok only disappointment is the food and the all-inclusive drinks .

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful however I was disappointed with the food and drinks. Papel and osmano were amazing they looked after me and my friends really well and made sure we were safe and had lots of fun. Would highly recommend.

Perfect
We had a wonderful family holiday at Big Blue Hotels. The hotel is small, and everything is close by: the pool, bar and restaurant are all within easy reach, which makes the stay very comfortable.

The rooms were spacious enough and well maintained, so we felt at home right away.

What really made our stay special was the hospitality. During the day, there was a guess relation manager Dilara available who could answer all our questions and was happy to help. She even organized activities such as karaoke, bingo and entertainment for children.

The service from the waiters was outstanding – always friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you Kavas.The restaurant is fully equipped, and we especially appreciated that vegetarian meals were arranged for us.

For us, this hotel truly deserves the description: “funny and excellent.”

Uprzejma obsługa, uśmiechnięci pracownicy - cały wyjazd czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Doskonała relacja cena jakość. Cała załoga hotelu ciężko pracuje, aby goście mieli komfortowy pobyt. Nawet na kolacji/obiedzie obsługa mimo ogromu pracy znajduje czas, aby dopytać o napoje i przynosi je do stolika. Duże baseny, jedzenie bardzo dobre - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie - polecam placuszki boursaki na śniadaniu:)

Stayed here for 1 week with my husband, we had a great time, the staff are all very lovely and work very hard to make you a happy guest, anything you need they will help you with.
Place is very clean at all time.
A big thank you to Papel and the entertainment crew for all of their hard work keeping the fun going everyday.

Very nice place. This was the second time we went, and we will probably be back again. They had a really good entertainment team this year, especially Osman was very social and great to party with!

Lovely place, lovely people. We went there to party and they made sure we got to do that a lot. The entertainment team was awesome with activities for all ages. Special shout out to Osmano for getting us to lots of great parties and made sure we were safe going out. The people trying to sell things at the hotel are a bit too pushy.
Food is average in taste but overall fine. We did get reeeeeallyyy sick (food poisoning type symptoms) but 10/10 would go again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with us with our wheelchair. Shower could have a chair for handicapped people and the ramp to the hotel is a bit dangerous. Kavas was very nice and pirat kept my drink full☺️ Papel and Osmano were very entertaining!

Came with my family for a week great hotel very clean kids club for the kids to keep them busy Kavas was very good with kids at food times nd durning the day .. all diffrrent food every day to every ones taste buds.. turkish baths is very good would highly recommed .. own hairdresser in hotel with lovely staff nd small little clothes shop inside with good deals nd bring u to bigger shop dwn town if u want

We were on holiday during April month. Papel best entertainer, very friendly staff in the restaurant and the hairdresser. We felt like home and we will definitely come back. Recommend this hotel for Scandinavian tourist.
