I strongly recommend people to visit here , it is suitable for all categories of people
Pros:

We had a great stay in the hotel. The staffs are very helpful , respectful and kind. I wish I could mention everyone's name. Unfortunately I only remember Kamil and Mushtag and they have been really helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and cleanliness is maintained throughout our stay. Entertainment were also very good and aai admired belly dancer"s interaction with audience and she deserves a well done 👏. Also I enjoyed my morning mushroom omelette from the chef. He was a pleasant hard working chap. Pools , Table tennis and gym are my boys favourite in the hotel. These places have been well cleaned and maintained. Credit goes to the hard working staffs. We definitely love to go again to the Club Big Blue Suite hotel.

Super für Low Budget aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten anfangs bedenken wurden aber komplett zum Gegenteil überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es gibt ausreichend Plätze im Poolbereich wichtig dabei ist dass das All Inclusive Paket täglich erst ab 11 Uhr anfängt, erst zu dieser Zeit gibt es Softdrinks umsonst.

Cons:

Essen fande ich persönliche eintönig.

Hotellet är ett fiasko. Detta är inget 4 stjärnigt hotell mer åt 3-2 stjärnor.

Trevligt med skandinaviska gäster.

Cons:

Hotellet var ett riktigt fiasko!!! Vi bokade för 5 dagar och vi checkade ut 2 dagar tidigare. Hotellet ligger mitt bland ett bostadsområde. Stranden ligger inte vid hotellet. För att komma till stranden måste du passera en trafikerad gata och fortsätta mellan två lägenheter. Vattnet som ingår i all inclusive är enbart vatten via en maskin och du får ett plastglas som diskas dåligt. Vi frågade om vatten i flaska, då kostade det extra. Maten var usel. Rummen städas dagligen men du får bara nya handdukar varannan dag. Det som fick mig att checka ut var poolerna. De rengjordes inte ordentligt och vår yngsta dotter blev dålig. Efter vi hade badat, hade ett barn bajsat i barn poolen. Om detta barn sedan hoppade vidare till en annan pool vet jag inte. Men personalen bara skyfflade ut bajset och strödde något sorts medel. Poolerna bör stängas av och rengöras ordentligt efter ett sådant incident. I samband med detta står hotell managern ”mudur” där. Jag konfronterade detta med honom vid lobbyn när jag checkade ut. Han påpekade att han hade allt under kontroll. Detta blir mitt sista besök här.

Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is tussen de flatgebouwen, oogde op het eerst gek, maar was eigenlijk prima. Het eten in het restaurant is heel divers, snacks bij de bar waren prima. De koffie was niet te drinken, maar datzelfde probleem heb ik vaak ondervonden bij all in hotels. Personeel is super behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Kamers, open ruimtes en zwembaden enorm schoon, wij gaan graag nog een keer! De massages raad ik aan, de dames zijn enorm goed.

Cons:

De muziek in de avond is tot 23.00 uur, ik vond dat persoonlijk erg laat. Alhoewel de avond programma's wel heel leuk en gezellig waren. De kidsclub stelt niks voor, mede door personeelsgebrek bij het annimatieteam. Animatie team trouwens hele leuke gasten.

Pros:

Good morning, I don't often write negative reviews, but I have to in this case.
I got very seriously sick, and my partner did. Two days later, we only ate at the hotel. The rooms look like the pictures, but they weren't clean. The toilet was yellow and the taps were covered in stone. Even the mirror in the room wasn't wiped clean when we arrived. The service was very nice, that's the only positive.
We took trips to Cappadocia, but we ended up not going anywhere. We were on antibiotics, lying in our room for two days, and then on a lounger, drinking only water and eating crackers.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Hotel wart polecenia.
Pros:

Posiłki były smaczne i różnorodne. Każdy mógł wybrać dla siebie coś specjalnego. Napoje podawane w barze były dobrej jakości. Lokalizacja obiektu w bliskiej odległości od plaży. Na plaży leżaki i parasole za darmo.
