Club Big Blue Suit Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request, especially Mr Kavas, who was always very kind, helpfull and ready to help.

The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The good was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, making the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing.

Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star rating.

It was our second stay at the hotel, there are many reasons why we came back. The location is one, once you step out of the hotel area, which is like a oasis in the buzzing city life, you find everything you need in a city, shopping center, local markets etc.
And still have options like the beach, which is just 10 minutes walk away or if you want to hang by the pool,  there is more than one to choose from,  you can enjoy lovely snacks and drinks. The hotel is so clean, thank’s to the amazing housekeeping staff
Breakfast and dinner has many good choices and one can not forget the snacks. But one most say the stars of the hotel is the staff from housekeeping, reception, bar, breakfast and dinner, always greeting you with a smile, kindness and good energy. So helpful with everything.
We consider this hotel like home for us in Turkey, so we will be back. A big thank you from us to each one of you making this experince amazing for us.

The vibe was amazing! 3 swimming pools with a kids swimming pool too which was really good.

The night shows were very good and the staff were amazing!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days with my family and my sisters family. We had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean and staff is very polite and professional. Special thanks to Mushtaq for helping us so much, he is extremely helpful. And Hawa from the entertainment team she is extremely friendly and very good with kids. Overall a good stay for the four star hotel and price paid.

We spent two weeks at this hotel with my friend and were very pleased with our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were attentive and caring.

A special thank you to all the hotel staff — everyone did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would especially like to highlight the spa and massages, which were of a very high standard, highly professional and very relaxing.

The food was delicious: there was a wide selection of dishes every day, all fresh and delicious.

We would also like to mention chef Mustafa: the dishes he prepared were very tasty, made with great attention to detail and excellent flavor.

Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would be happy to come back again.

Everything was perfect, food, room service, cleaning. The Dilara was the bestå, she was soo helpfull always smiling and asking us, we Willy definitly come back.

The atmosphere is great, the rooms are neat, fragrant and tidy. We were with the children, the children were happy and full of entertainment. The staff is very wonderful and helpful. ❤️

Pros:
The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. They went above and beyond to help me in a stressful, non-standard medical situation, showing true care and support. The hotel is clean, and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The food is delicious with a huge variety of choices. We also loved the clean swimming pools and the great entertainment program every evening. Highly recommended!
Cons:
The free hotel Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. We had to buy the paid Wi-Fi option to get a decent, normal internet connection.

Everywhere is info that rooms are renovated, but thats a lie.
Food is far from a good food.
No normal alcoholic coctails, only vodka gin etc.
Everything else you have to pay.
No wifi.
Location was 3/10, in the middle

We had a lovely time at club big blue. Lots of variety for food and the entertainment was great. Very family friendly and lots to do inside and out of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Big Blue suitessa oli loistava henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu. Kaikki toiveet toteutettiin. Huoneet siistejä ja oikein toimivia. Ruoka oli hyvää ja vaihtelua ruoissa oli jonkun verran. Iltapäivällä oli snäksejä ja jäätelöä. Vesiliukumäet oli auki usein ja uusittu allas alue oli rauhallisempi paikka oleiluun. Sopiva paikka altaalta löytyi hyvin. Allas aluetta siivottiin kokoajan ja hotellissa oli siistiä. Meidän majoittumisen aikana ei ollut liikaa tungosta ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Hotellissa hyvä hamam ja hieronta. Oltiin tyytyväisiä hotelliin!
