practically impossible to get a sun lounger
Pros:

The hotel is a peaceful oasis and a great place to relax. The rooms are decent, clean, and well maintained. The staff are genuinely helpful, and the hotel's driver deserves five stars on his own – friendly, reliable, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, one issue completely ruined the experience for us. The hotel only has six sun loungers by the pool, yet guests are allowed to reserve them with towels for hours, even when nobody is actually using them. This meant it was practically impossible to get a sun lounger during our stay.

It's a real shame because everything else was very good. However, this issue was frustrating enough that we won't be returning.

Super séjour proche de ubud
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel. En dehors des rues bruyantes d’Ubud mais juste à quelques minutes a pied des marchés, restos et bars.
Le petit déjeuner se prenait juste dans le petit bar à côté. Plus de 8 choix de petits déjeuners. En passant par les œufs jusqu’au pancakes, granola… délicieux

Personnel très aimable et serviable. Ils ont organisés pour nous le rafting et trek
Mont Batur avec chauffeur depuis l’hôtel. Rapport qualité prix idem que sur internet mais avec l’assurance que tout est en ordre!

Chambre agréable. Bonne airco.
Petite piscine sympa.

On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Cons:

Rien. Mise à part un problème de douche mais comme il y avait une baignoire en plus de la douche, cela ne nous a pas trop derangé!

Hotel位置很方便，離烏布皇宮走路就可以到，而且在巷弄裡，也不會過於吵鬧。

Cons:

浴室的蓮蓬頭竟然是固定式，而不是手持式，水壓也很小，浴室門還卡卡的。

Our stay in Ubud was the highlight of our stay in Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday in Ubud
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Ubud, yet in a beautifully tranquil setting with lush garden and private swimming pool. There is also a beauty spa on the property where we enjoyed a full body Balinese massage.
The staff were friendly and we loved the breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Pros:

Love the location, the building, greenery and surroundings - quiet amongst the chaos in the streets, nice comfy beds. The hotel is small but very nice, staff is lovely and polite

Cons:

Although the location was central, it was too busy for me - traffic non-stop, almost no foothpath, non of the propertie's fault, it's just the way it is.

Das Frühstück war nett, das Bett (im neuen Zimmer) groß.

Cons:

Als allein reisende Frau mache ich immer wieder die Erfahrung, dass man die schlechten Zimmer bekommt. Am Aufzug, der Straße, winzig- auf jeden Fall nicht das, was man bucht und bezahlt. So auch hier. Als ich was gesagt habe, wurde ich gebeten doch eine (von 2) Nacht in dem schlechten Zimmer zu schlafen. Das habe ich verweigert, weil ich ein anderes bezahlt habe. Daraufhin wurde über mich gesprochen. Außerdem gab es eine Baustelle im Hotel und der Gärtner hat Steine gewaschen und um den Pool gelegt, was extrem laut war. Am Pool war auch bisschen was kaputt.
Beim Duschen gab’s kein wirklich heißes Wasser und der Abfluss roch teilweise extrem.
