Pros:

Bilik i singki tersumbat dan Air aircond menitik macam air hujan. Habis terpercik habis lencun dan basah smpi ke tilam. Kejadian berlaku lagi 3 jam nk checkout. So i pun tkde nk tkr blik, sbb nk kemas kemas and siap utk checkout. so i decide to comment that issue kpd staff masa pulagkan kunci. Respon staff “oh memang banyak bilik macam tu”. I harapakan staff say sorry at first. but nottttt. I said soooo WOWWW then trus gerak ke pintu keluar. Masa tu bru terdgr staff tu say sorry in a slow version. Thank You
