Pros:

Primeiro quarto sem isolamento do barulho da rua. Muito trânsito. Após alterado melhorou. Aparentemente já estavam inciiando reformas. Falta corrimão nas escadas, risco de queda.

Localização do hotel boa, próximo da rodoviária, próximo do shopping iguatemi, localidade bem tranquila, as instalações do hotel em boas condições os quartos também, tudo ótimo, gostamos muito de se hospedar neste hotel. So precisa ter mais opções no café da manhã.

No geral a minha hospedagem foi boa! O único problema foi só o mal atendimento de uma funcionaria da recepção na noite, ela é muito grossa. Mas no mais foi tudo bem.

Não gostei de nada. Café da manhã fraco, não gostei das opções. Se pedir comida, não pode comer no quarto. Tem que descer para comer num refeitório improvisado, e à noite mais parece um bar. Achei bem inconveniente. Uma funcionária quase invade o quarto para ver uma coisa do banheiro, sorte que abri antes. O procedimento deveria ser sempre interfonar antes. As funcionárias do café são gentis. Os demais, achei despreparados no geral. Localização ao redor não é boa, não tem nada próximo a pé. Tem shopping perto pra ir de táxi. Não oferece nenhum conforto

Estadia muito boa. O bairro tranquilo e excelente, perto de shoppings e rápido até a praia. Funcionários simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Café com pouca variedade mas gostoso.
