Pros:

My family and I loved the comfort of the rooms and how close the hotel was to the train station. The staff was very kind, always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The staff did a great job, especially the breakfast hostess. She was professional yet friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was in poor shape: toilet roll mounted to the wall was falling off and the tub liner was yellowing. Adjacent door between bedroom and living space would not stay open; had to use a waste paper basket to keep the door open.

Room size and bed comfort.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor with all processed food just put on buffet. Second thing was the parking. I was specifically searching for a hotel with parking. It is listed that the hotel has parking, however when we got there we got to know it is only valet parking with additional 60 dollar nightly charge and no other option besides that. With that cost we could have had a much better hotel or at least one where parking is included. I would not mind if the charge for parking would be few dollars per night for guests, but 60 is just too much.

It was a decent stay. Probably will book again.
Pros:

Convenient location. Clean. Quiet rooms. Lots of hot water.

Cons:

The breakfast choices. The small maintenance issues - broken toilet tissue holder, the non-working socket in bathroom, the broken face basin stopper, the smell of sewage in the closet, the non-working dishwasher.

It’s very clean , staff are great ! Specially Jose he was great with his service , in front of the Hotel is the train station very good and get to the places fast . An Amazing roof top gorgeous view , with view to the National Park …. It’s amazing I just loved it !

Praktisch ivm locatie maar verder tegenvallend en teleurstellend verblijf

Ontbijt was inclusief maar slecht
Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding slecht; veel te duur voor wat ze bieden
1e nacht hadden we brandalarm dus moesten naar buiten, daarna de hele nacht en volgende dag geen stroom in de kamer. Na die dag moesten we verhuizen naar hogere verdieping omdat ze de stroom niet gerepareerd kregen. Geen compensatie gekregen voor een hele nacht en dag ongemak.

Very happy with my second stay at this Homewood Suites.

Location to both Nationals Park and the Metro are excellent. The hotel and my room were very clean and comfortable.

Una estancia que pudo haber sido perfecto si no hubiese sido por una parte desagradable del personal
Pros:

En el área del desayuno, a pesar de que los alimentos eran adecuados, el personal del restaurante en la mañana era descortés, poco amable. Incluso un día llegué exactamente a las 9 Am, que era la hora del cierre y todo estaba aún ahí y le dije que me regalara una lonja de pan para el café y me dijeron que no porque ya se había agotado el horario. Eso fue algo vergonzoso para mi.

Cons:

El personal del restaurante en la mañana. Son apáticos y desagradables.
El servicio de limpieza era muy básico. Muy limitado.
Primero interdiario y luego algo mínimo.
