Travelodge Birmingham Central Broadway Plaza

Came to Travelodge for a friends trip. The staff was very nice especially Ronald, he was the only one in the bar cafe but he managed to keep us satisfied and cook for us a lot of food. Great location a lot of shops around. The only thing, the rooms were quite dusty and the sheet was dirty but when we told the reception they changed it for us. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel after a cricket game. We were happily on the balcony and I was watching a young mum with her children in the play area when I saw 3 youths in hoodies creeping towards her and her handbag which she wasn't watching. I shouted to warn her. Next thing I knew there were 20+ youths in hoodies running up the stairs attacking me and my husband. We gave a good account of ourselves but we were never going to win. Luckily we were saved by the hotel manager who hoiked us in the door. He then said he would let us have some food but after that we had to go to our room and stay there until the next day because there was a drug lord who lived in the hotel and they were his runners. Do not book this hotel

I can Highly recommend Travelodge Broadway Central Plaza. It is very Comfortable, Warm and Quiet. Perfect for a restful night. Plus the Staff really go above and beyond. I left a MacBook Pro Charger in the Room and they posted it back to me within the week. Special Mentions for Nadia and Joachan. Thank You so Very Much. Keir

Was very happy to book this Travelodge again as I have stayed here before.

The staff are always so friendly and cheerful, and go out their way to help with anything.

Room was spotless and clean
I always have a good breakfast here, with plenty to fill anybody’s appetite

I even made use of the £5 pound gym pass from reception,,

I just walk a few yards and I was there enjoying the well equipped gym and swimming pool.

Ronald, Jakob & Iknoor have been the best during our stay. We stayed at a different hotel but decided to come back due to these excellent people.
They have helped us with all we requested and we really appreciate it.

I was greater by Julieta and Jeff they very kind, I had an issue with my room as I had accidentally order an accessible room instead . Both members of staff went out there way to help and And provided excellent service above and beyond

Stayed at Broadway Plaza Travelodge on Friday night Zohaib and Jacob are outstanding staff members—always professional, attentive, and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their teamwork and dedication truly make a positive difference. Highly recommended. Had breakfast in the morning Zohaib provided excellent customer service during breakfast—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. His positive attitude made the experience even better!

Stayed here for a solo trip whilst attending a social event in the city, the staff were helpful and made the checking in process very easy. The room was to a decent standard facilities wise and cleanliness wasn't an issue.

I found my room to be very clean and presentable, had everything I needed for my short stay. An added bonus were the reception staff and bar staff, all extremely friendly and very helpful.

Could do with a revamp as the rooms are old, tatty and dated, especially the bathroom. A few things were broken (sink plug, pedal bin etc), the bathroom was rusty around taps etc and the mattress was rock hard and knobbley, as were the pillows. Wouldnt mind normally as TL is a cheap alternative to other hotels but this one cost me just under £100 for the night which was a completely rip off

Jason has been amazing. Helping with travel and checking that I have travelled safely. He talked with me and made me laugh, he included his colleagues in discussions and made people happy. Julietta made sure that as a disabled person I had everything I needed and was settled. An amazing team

Jeffery was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Clean rooms and great customer service. Highly recommended and great there are food places, bowling and cinema! Helped us pass the night away

Absolute beautiful experience, lovely hospitality great staff. I’ve stayed here a while now and everyone is so helpful from reception to housekeeping. I will be staying again in the future

We had a great stay at Travelodge Broadway plaza the staff at check in were extremely friendly and helpful. Iknoor and ronny, They gave us directions to some hot spots around the area. The breakfast was also nice and the assistant manager was very nice.

From the second I arrived staff were so attentive. Every member of staff went out of there way to assist with every need. Lovely staff, lovely room, 24/7 bar, great location. Will definitely be returning.
