Room was very hot, despite outside temperature not being that warm. No way to adjust room temperature. Water pressure in shower not great.

Mooi, comfortabel hotel met heerlijk ontbijt. Ook de locatie was perfect; dichtbij St. Pancras en twee handige busverbindingen.

Cons:

Het werd snel erg benauwd in de kamer. Ik zou hier niet graag verblijven in de zomer

After all day walking around London it was impossible to rest and sleep.

J'ai passé une semaine dans un établissement agréable et bien situé.
Pros:

Je connaissais déjà l'établissement et j'était très satisfaite de l'accueil et de ma chambre. Il y avait un problème avec la prise pour la corde USB et avec la douche que l'établissement ne pouvait pas régler et on m'a mis dans une autre chambre encore meilleure que la première. Le personnelle était toujours serviable, efficace et souriant. J'y retournerai.
