Perfect location for a London visit
Pros:

Location a short walk from Euston and then walkable to other central attractions. Friendly staff. Able homemade luggage upon check out. Room comfortable, and clean.

Friendly staff and good accommodation
Pros:

Managed to accommodate us at short notice. Not too far away from Euston station and Russell Square

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room on what was a very warm night. We did use the fan provided but would have been better with air conditioning

Great London stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean. Comfy big bed, pillows and duvet. Lots of storage. Staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. Perfect for a few nights stay in London.

Cons:

A little bit dated - no air con but fans were provided. Shower cubicle dated with shower curtain. Decor in hallways.

Comfortable and ideal for our visit to London.
Pros:

I have stayed there many times and it’s ideally placed to get the Tube and get around London.

De lokatie van het hotel en het ontbijt

Cons:

Het comfort. Het was 35 graden op de kamer en buiten was het 24. De raam was op een hete binnenplaats waarbij ook de geur van de keuken te ruiken was. Daarnaast was er constante herrie van de afzuiging van de keuken. Ook de receptionist die ons incheckte was nauwelijks te verstaan.

Loved the location, very handy for everything, beautiful tranquil parks nearby but our room was a massive disappointment

The staff were very attentive and welcoming

Cons:

Our room was like an oven, even with an extra fan and sleeping with the windows wide open, it was too uncomfortable to sleep. In addition the electrics went including phone chargers and when we tried to call reception the phone did not work.

Equipe prestativa e simpática
Pros:

Os atendentes são bem educados e prestativos. A limpeza é muito boa. Só não dei uma avaliação melhor, pois na segunda estadia de uma noite antes de pegar o voo de volta pra casa, nos colocaram em quartos que ainda não foram renovados e tinham alguns problemas. Durante a primeira estadia de 6 noites, nos colocaram em quartos renovados, que estavam muito bem cuidados e confortáveis. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Cons:

Único adendo que faço é sobre o box do banheiro, que deixa a água cair pra fora e molha muito o chão, inclusive danificando a porta, que é de madeira.

Well located hotel near Euston needs an air con upgrade.

Well located.

Cons:

No air con so the room was uncomfortably hot. The blinds were left open before we arrived letting all the heat in. Windows barely opened and a small fan did nothing to cool the room.
