Travelodge London Wembley Hotel

Clean rooms, spacious rooms, had tw extra beds set up for us, and Amila on reception was so kind and welcoming

Real good time, very welcoming and kind to us. Sat downstairs in the bar area after we went to a concert and it was a nice chill setting x

We regularly visit our son, daughter in law and granddaughter in London. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean and the cafe bar offers value for money. This is our eighth visit in 12 months and we have never been disappointed.

Staying for 2 nights and fancied a bite to eat. Poonam was really friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and arrived hot. Looked good on the plate too. Will definitely be eating here tomorrow night too!

I was welcomed by Josh who is a very lovely gentleman. Also I had dinner and was served by Shiva who is also very agreeable and kind. Ricardo is also a very kind and friendly receptionist. All professional. They make a great environment. My room was spot on and the bed is very comfy.

Very lovely lodge to stay, it felt like living at home with clean room. It has very lovely customer service staff caring, professional specially Josh who always greet you with smile at reception very charming and friend ly personality, Shiva very good caring , professional and very good cook and nathali very good, professional, smiley and friendly. Very professional staff right people for right job. I love it here

Lovely family friendly hotel with excellent service from staff from the moment we checked in. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a meal in the restaurant, food was very nice and well presented. Thank you to Nathalie, Shiva and Harshal who looked after us the moment we checked in, excellent customer service, we will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Wembley. From check-in to check-out the staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful. A billing/error issue that Head Office wouldn’t resolve was handled quickly and efficiently by the duty manager, Hesham — he took ownership, sorted everything straight away and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole team went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend this Travelodge highly enough — especially thanks to Hesham for outstanding customer service. Five stars!

Good atmosphere very friendly staff while on my stay good location as close to Wembley town, rooms were good clean bathrooms and bed, air con hummed which was a little annoying but overall a good city get-away.

Everything we wanted was sold out but Nathali Marshal and sabin was very helpful and friendly which made it so much nicer.

Arrived early evening to a warm welcome on reception asked if we could eat they said restaurant was open upon entering restaurant took a seat and chose meal only to find out when ordering product not available so had to decide on a second meal. Nathali Harshal and Poonam all fabulous staff really helpful and good service. Food that we had really good

Very affordable and well ran travel lodge. One of the best I’ve been to. Exceptional service by Shiva, Nathali and Poonam and was very much appreciated after a hard day.
