Admita and amila they checked me in and they were so helpful good customer service hotel was clean and great location

Arrived and the service was pretty decent, kind and helpful staff but when we got to the room there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector which threw me off a bit as the room smelt of cigarettes. The general cleanliness of the room was pretty bad and there was a lot of stains and chipping paint but I guess you get what you pay for as it is a budget hotel and I wasn’t too bothered. At around 2am whilst we were trying to sleep we found a few bed bugs (I only got photos of one of them) in our sheets and had to go down to the reception, and to be fair to them they switched our room immediately. I understand it’s a budget hotel but no bed bugs should be guaranteed when staying in a hotel. We lost a lot of sleep and I didn’t really want to sleep in the room next door (which is the one they gave us) so I lost a lot of sleep worried about the bedbugs. Apparently the issue will be investigated and they will call me about compensation but I don’t see that happening. I’m newly 18 and honestly this hotel was the only choice I had financially but in future I definitely wouldn’t and couldn’t stay here again.

Stay over on a Sunday evening, very pleased very clean room, excellent polite staff, had a meal in the bar and was very pleasantly surprised, excellent food and very reasonable priced in all very affordable and very good highly recommend

The hotel is clean & our room was too. The issue was the constant noise of traffic all the way through the night from the very busy road

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy checking in and out was very easy due to such friendly staff especially fanguni! Breakfast was alright, nice enough food but not amazing and limited veggie options plus there was a hole in the wall in our room.

Comfy, had fun, so worth it would come again good service and very polite and pleasant employees

I am spending quite a few weeks here. I tried the Premier Inn near Wembley stadium. Travelodge way exceeded the Premier Inn. For one ... the staff, they done a great job taking care of me. Nathali, Shiva and Hyder thank you so much ❤️

Nathali, was polite and friendly from checkin right the way through, amazing addition to the team here! If she greets you when you arrive you will be looked after

Had a great stay at travalodge london Wembley, the staff were very welcoming, nathali, shiva and hyder tended to our every need, cooked and served us a good meal after our long drive from anglesey, would recommend staying here, the atmosphere is very relaxed and with the staff being on point, available and helpful you couldn't ask for more. Will definitely stay again.

We had our dinner the Friday night and poonam provided an excellent service and the food was lovely
