Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле с мужем уже не в первый раз. Очень удобное расположение, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями! и на очень оживленной улице, не страшно возвращаться в отель даже в 2 часа ночи, чего не скажешь о многих улицах Стамбула, т.к. в других отелях мы тоже бывали.
В отеле есть русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшен Кристина, которая быстро и очень благожелательно помогает со всеми вопросами: от добавить в номер стул, до как лучше куда-то добраться в городе. Весь остальной персонал англоговорящие, но тоже во всем помогали.
Также хочу отметить чистоту в отеле, попросили заменить лейку, чтоб лучше был напор воды, сделали в тот же день.
Номер был не большой по площади, но это стандартный размер комнат в исторической застройке Старого города.

Pros:

Bom atendimento dos funcionários e excelente localização.

Cons:

Saboneteira do banheiro não funcionou;
Faltavam cabides do pequeno armário de roupas;
A Gaveta da mesa estava solta e não limparam o apartamento, no meu último dia de estada.
Em todos os dias, o pão do café da manhã era amanhecido. Muito ruim.

A wonderful stay indeed. Walking distance from the tram station and many sightseeing places.
Pros:

The location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok and the room was always clean and comfortable. We had a great time there thanks to Christina, Kenan and Younus and the cleaning staff.

Hotel in ottima posizione, proprio nel cuore del centro storico, con facile accesso a tutto.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite, ottima colazione complimenti a chi fa dolci il cake era buonissimo.

الفطور كان سيئ جدا كان دائما بارد و متكرر و ليس متنوع

و السرير كان صغير جدا

كما أن أحد الموظفين، وهو قصير القامة وممتلئ الجسم ويعمل في منطقة الفطور، كانت معاملته سيئة جدًا. كان يرفع الصحون والأكواب من الطاولة قبل أن ننتهي من تناول الطعام، وتصرفاته مع النزلاء كانت غير لائقة وأشعرتنا بعدم الترحيب

Pros:

Очень хорошее место! Отдыхали с сестрой 5 дней в двухместном номере. Места хватило, раздельные кровати, небольшой шкаф, зеркала, полки для вещей, душ👍 каждый день проводилась уборка, приносили чистые полотенца! Персонал очень вежливый, говорили и на английском и на русском! Местоположение шикарное, около трамвайной остановки Гульхане, сам парк тоже в минуте ходьбы! И ещё очень много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности!
Завтраки каждый день были одинаковые, но мы довольны. Хорошо наедались. Чай, кофе, соки, вода - можно набирать в течение дня в любое время! Всё понравилось!!! Когда выселялись, получили памятные подарочки, очень приятно! Будем рады вернуться снова!!

Excellent stay
Pros:

There was the excellence service and location. Included breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly. Despite we arrived before check-in time, we've been allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place, so we had much more time to browse the city.
