Break Point Patong Hotel

The reviews posted are not accurate. Hotel run down and room had strong smell of mothballs. Left immediately to another hotel no refund but didn’t care. Sick that evening from the smell. This hotel should not receive any more than 1 Star

Chambre avec une odeur de moisissure dans la chambre suivie d'un problème constant de la chasse d'eau des toilettes...
J'étais obligé d'enlever le couvercle pour réparer ce soucis à chaque passage !
Je laisse le bénéfice du doute d'être tombé dans la mauvaise chambre (305).

Hotel trenger oppussing, det var vannlekkasje på badet .
Renhold var bra og personell var vennlig og hjelpsom .
Ligger sentralt og nært stranda .

Ich war nur ca. 4h dort um dann vor dem Abendflug dann nochmals zu duschen. In meinem vorherigen Hotel war kein Late Checkout möglich

There was no water, the air conditioning didn't work, and I couldn't take a shower for two days, so I moved to a different hotel, knowing that I wouldn't get a refund.

Lo bueno: está a 30 m de la playa y a 150 m de Bangla road. La limpieza excelente.

Lo malo: no tiene ascensor, no proveen champú café te pero si tiene pava eléctrica.
Difícil comunicarse no saben inglés mayoría.

Det værste hotel, vi har boet på! Skulle iflg. Hotels.com ligge direkte på stranden, men lå i en sidegade til Beach Road. Lille værelse på knap 20 kvm. Intet vand i vandhanen på badeværelse. Køleskab virkede ikke. Fjernsynet var et 22 tommers med et utroligt dårligt billede. Dårligt internet. Vil på det kraftigste fraråde at booke dér!!

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。下の食堂も安くて美味しかったです。１度シャワーが止まりました。オーナーさんが日本人で安心しました。繁華街とビーチにすごく近いのに宿泊費が安い。海で遊んですぐに部屋に戻れます。

Lovely place, very cheap with excellent service & food !!!

Staff - Front desk receptionist (I think Mindy was her name) was stern and did not treat us with courtesy. She always spoke with an elevated tone and for some reason we found her to be racist. (She was seen hugging and talking nicely to some folks from Europe in the same hotel). We had also requested the room service person to change the pillow cover and bedsheet (there was some spots on pillow cover and hair on bedsheet) as soon as we got the room but all she did was raised her voice and said "just cleaned no clean again!!".

Amenities: Only two bath towels were provided for the entire room per day. No hand towels or any extra towels. Worst of it all, towels provided on one day had holes in it. There is no phone in the room to call room service and the air conditioner took forever to cool down the room. We could not even leave the air conditioner ON while going out as they said they would impose a fine by doing so. Note: In spite of getting a room change, we still had the above issues in the new room as well.
I think I have enough reasons to deter me from never ever staying at this property again. I would want to be compensated in some way or the other.

Staff were nice. Location very good. Few steps to patong beach and very near bangla street. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Only negative is no rollaway bed provided even if we paid for extra person. We stayed for 3 nights. We requested to transfer to a room with 2 beds but was denied.

We unable to check in to the hotel the first night because the night porter couldn't find the booking after a lot of explaining and talking the porter finally found the booking but there were no rooms the hotel was full!!!! So eventually after a number of telephone calls he took us across the road to a different hotel where we checked in for the night. This was approximately 2:30 am and we were shattered from traveling. So I don't know who was at fault the hotel or hotels.com I DONT THINK I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!

When check in our room being taken, they upgrade us to another room. I don't like it, we're here for holiday, not moving one room to another. So bad. Hotel.com should reimburse my first day booking for the disturbances which we have to move to another room for the next morning.

Staffs were nice. Room was fine but old. It was not bad for me to stay here one night.

Små rom. Men helt greie senger. Beliggenheten var bra. Ca 40 meter til stranden og utelivet. Bra mat på hotellet

年末年始に家族４人で７泊ファミリールームを利用しました。部屋はシャワーの水圧が弱めなのと、トイレで流すのに少々時間がかかること、換気が悪いのかバスルームを締め切っているとにおいがこもるのが気になりましたが、価格のことを考えれば十分だったと思います。１階のレストランは店員の方がテキパキと動いており、料理も早くいっぺんに持ってきてくれました。オーナーの西岡さんもとても感じの良い方で、毎回声をかけてくれました。周辺には徒歩１分圏内にマッサージ店が何件も有り、毎日違う店に通いました。価格も手ごろでした。

Vaatimaton, mutta siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.. Aivan keskustassa, mutta rauhallisella kadulla.

It should have been a decent stay had the hotel not tried to charge us again (read cash) once we had already paid by hotels.com
The customer service support from the website was prompt to contact the hotel and resolve this.
About the stay, it was decent. Good location, right near to the Patong Beach.

hotel très bien situé dans une petite rue tranquille perpendiculaire à la rue de bord de plage. Plage à 80 m. Restos tres bien et pas chers dans cette ruelle. Hotel un peu ancien mais propre avec un très bon acceuil. Parfois le soir quelques problèmes avec l'eau chaude, il faut parfois attendre quelques minutes qu'elle "revienne". Sinon rapport qualité prix parfait.
