Personnel toujours très agréable et souriant ! Petit-déjeuné assez bien fourni.

Cons:

On m'a logé au premier étage coté rue , c'est une rue très bruyante et donc on entend tout. Ma chambre était pas mal, mais le frigo est à changer. La salle de bain est le point noir, pas de porte de douche ! et la manette du robinet qui s'est enlevé. Sinon au petit-déjeuner, j'ai eu le droit qu'une seule fois (pendant tout une semaine) a la "station egg" alors que sur les photos présentant l'hôtel on le voit pas mal, j'aurais bien voulu l'avoir tout les jours !

Needs renovation and better training for junior staff
Pros:

The evening lady at the reception is helpful and kind.
Location is good, at the center of the old city.
Bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Some junior staff members entered my room without knocking which was very disturbing.
Breakfast is basic.
Bathroom is old and shower doesnt have real hot water
Overall the hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

It’s very old and word out. To the point wallpapers are peeling from the walls. Water wasn’t hot. Internet was dropping constantly.
