Great value for a short stay
Pros:

Staff was great
The facility is clean
Location is close to many resturants and makets

Cons:

the doors of the bathroom do not LOCK (just slides) which make it awkward and not privacy (especially with kids)

Parking with fees althou it was empty most of the time.

The hotel was much more comfortable than the Fairfield I stayed at the week before - love seat and comfortable desk chai

Clean hotel, comfortable room, great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

I've never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking - $4.99 per day. The first night I was able to get a wifi connection with help from the staff. Great help then, but I wasn't able to figure out how to connect to Wifi the second night. The front desk attendant was very nice when I checked out, however when I checked in there was no smile or warmth shown from the front desk person. Since it's the first greeting a hotel guest receives when arriving, it should be more apparent that hotel staff is glad you have chosen to stay there.

I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Dearborn in July.
Pros:

Let me just say that this is the BEST Hampton Inn that I've ever stayed in. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating and continued to check on us. When we were checking out of the hotel, and it was early, the staff member wanted to make us coffee or at least get us hot water for tea. This is how you run an operation. I'll be back, all the way from Atlanta, GA.

Cons:

The water temp in the bathroom could have been a little hotter but otherwise, no issues at all.

The location is perfect, located in the downtown district and in proximity to the Ford Development Center.
